Process was seamless from ordering through installation. Informed and courteous. Wands were not included with blinds, but will send directly to me.......still waiting.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. We paid an additional $200. It was very convenient because they came into the house and did all the window measurements and they brought the catalogs with them so we could look at them and order from home.

He was professional and knowledgeable. It took about 4 weeks for the blinds to be made/delivered - John called when they were in and we were able to schedule a time for him to come to install them. Installation was very quick. The blinds look great and I'm very happy with the product and the service I received.

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Installation man was skilled and accommodating.

The representative came and first sold me on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. We chose some products. I was not convinced that one of the choices would look OK, but was assured I would be satisfied. The representative also had a small accident with the grid in my window and said they would replace it. When the blinds came, I was very happy with most of them. However, the item I was worried about did not look good to me. The company stood by their guarantee. They replaced the blinds with a better choice than the one I was not happy with and went to great effort to have an entirely new grid made for my window. While the process was not entirely happy along the way, all's well that end's well. They bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I'm now 100% satisfied and would recommend this company and their warranty.

It was fine still pricey with the groupon I was out of touch with the cost of window treatments

We absolutely love them. The blinds are amazing; they really cut the sun down. The girl who came out and the installer were extremely helpful as well.

Very prompt to come out with samples. Easy to understand pricing. They even came out an installed on one of the days with the -40 windchills!!

It went very good. They were very good all the way. I did have additional charges, but I was very pleased with them. They just did everything they said they were going to do. They did it the way they said they would do it and the price was exactly the same. Everything was good.

She is the consummate professional, and everything was done in an efficient manner. We are still waiting for delivery, but given our first impression, we are sure that everything will be as ordered. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

There were additional fees due to the size of the window. Everything was great! The didn’t carry Hunter Douglas so that was a little disappointing, but overall the selection it was fine.

I had Stephanie come out to give me a quote on a blackout shade for my bedroom. We looked at options between colors, which cell size, what came in my window size (90"+ wide). We also priced shades for my kitchen, dining room, office and guest bedroom. I made my decision and three weeks later the shade arrived. Don and his helper came out and had the shade up in about 15 minutes. What a difference that shade makes! The room was pitch black, just like I wanted. I also noticed how much warmer the room was - I had closed the shade at 6 pm, when I went to bed at 9 the bedroom was easily 5 degrees warmer than the hallway. The offer, $99 for $250 off, was well worth it. I will purchase more if/when they run the offer again.

Pricing was very good. Quality of blind was very good and custom made. Sales rep was great. Very honest and provided thoughts/advice. Install was quick. Warranty is awesome. No worries.

THE ONE VALANCE WAS A LITTLE TOO BIG SO HE TOOK IT WITH HIM AND RETURNED IN A FEW DAYS AND INSTALLED IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.

I purchased 3 blinds for my new home and June was very helpful in helping understanding what I was looking for and provided me with several options. Granted the price was a bit more than I anticipated but I am very pleased with the selection, product and service.

From the time of the initial visit Stephanie was very helpful offering solutions for our blinds/shades. She was willing to give a wide variety of options that fit my budget and was very patient as I selected the product. Installation was also performed and this was done in a fast professional manner. I would/will use them again in the future.

The Big Deal was purchased. When provider called, the representative said it did not carry Hunter Douglas blinds, although notice said it did. Provider's representative then came out, made several dubious claims, and provided an estimate on the work using a different product. When asked if he could do better with the price, he said he'd check into it and get back to us the next day. He never got back to us.

We will see when the shades come in.

Pleasant, nice products, but pricey. I chose to have them ship the shade rather than have them come and install them. I had but in my own cellular shades bought from a major hardware store about ten years ago for half the price. He remarked that his shades were higher quality than the ones usually found at a big box, then later remarked at how well the "old" shade had endured.

Half my windows are completed on schedule, the other half I'm sure will be completed as scheduled. Good quality and professional installation.

They did an outstanding job. They arrived and measured, installed a custom vertical blind. They were very accommodating.

Saleswoman very attentive to what I wanted and came up with a cheaper option that will last longer.

The service was great from start to finish, and the blind is very effective in keeping out cold air. We are happy with everything. Window treatments in general are very pricey, but a BIG DEAL offer from Angie's List ($99 for $250 worth of service) made it reasonable for us to do this.

They quoted and installed shades. The price was fair and the product was as demonstrated.
