Description of Work: The service has gone fine so far. I have not received the product yet but have met with the sales person for the second deal I purchased. The first deal I purchased went well. The product I purchased was more than what I paid an additional fee for the product I selected. The sales person was great and helpful. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Description of Work: The company came out and measured the windows in my rental property and then emailed me samples. There was a bit of a wait for the blinds but not excessive. They did a Fabulous job and the wooden blinds look terrific. Price a little steep but you definitely get what you pay for. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH.

Description of Work: We purchased the "big deal," contacted the company about sending someone over to give us a presentation. After Karen gave us an estimate, the prices seemed outrageous. We declined the services and would like our refund.

Description of Work: I bought 3 window shades for my home: master bedroom, bath and kitchen. Stephanie was wonderful to work with,showing me various options in my home and allowing me the time to change directions a couple of times while making me feel comfortable while doing so. |The shades arrived in 3 weeks and Bill came out for the installation.He also did an excellent job; he was here right on time, knew what he was doing and got all three of them up, cleared away the boxing and took the old ones, all in half an hour. Another very nice person who made me feel comfortable tyhrough the whole process! |I'm looking forward to working with both of these people again as I replace the remaining window treatments and I would certainly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Custom shades for bay windows in kitchen. I used an Angielist special $99 for$250 worth of product. |Process went very well. Very plesed with end result. |Have recently replaced the rest of my windows and will use them again when ready for ne window treatments.

Description of Work: I got cellular shades for my master bedroom. I wanted a good quality product, with broad options of colors/tones without paying the very high prices that come with that. I purchased the brand Graber and they look great! So far the quality seems pretty good, we will see with time how they will last. Installation was quick and painless. June was our sales representative and she was very helpful. So far I am very happy with my purchase! And I do love the color!
