Description of Work: Consultation and installation were excellent, but u pay a lot for it. I bought a deal something like $200 of product for $100 and was only doing one window. Of course, the product was $500, so I spent a lot more than $100! If you want quality and are willing to pay, they are great. If you want a better deal, shop around more.

Description of Work: Mike came out as scheduled to show me their blinds/shades options. With his help, I selected a style and color for 5 windows. He was a former installer so he knew the ins and outs of the business very well. |The installer (John?) came out a few weeks later and did an excellent job of installing the shades. He made it clear (as had Mike) that if I had any issues, they would come right back out to address them. I was very happy with the quality of both the product and the company representatives.

Description of Work: The price was high, that is my main complaint. It did take longer for my blinds to come in then I was told but only a week. The installer did a nice job and the sales person was easy to work with.

Description of Work: Measured bay window for honeycomb blinds, ordered them, contacted me when they were in and sent installer out. Order came in earlier than expected, installer was helpful. Used the Big Deal and saved quite a bit.!

Description of Work: I wanted to replace blinds on my doors, exactly like what I had before. I just wanted to refresh them. Unfortunately, the suppliers for this company seem not to have had a comparable product to the Hunter-Douglas blinds I had, but instead of telling me that they couldn't give me what I wanted, the consultant sold me blinds that don't fit between the door knob and the window, that have unwieldy, awkward pulls, and that cost nearly double my original blinds. |To be fair to the company, they responded quickly to my complaint and the consultant has tried to find a substitute among their suppliers -- so far to no avail (and it has been 2 months!) In the meantime, my old blinds are long gone, I am stuck with a product that I hate, and so far my only other option is to accept some sort of window treatment other than what I asked for. I could not be more unhappy!! |The consultant is still working on finding a solution, which I appreciate. Nonetheless, this has been a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Description of Work: Put in beautiful blinds on my windows. Helped me with decision, told me why this would be a good choice. I love the job, the service, punctuality, and helpfulness and in the end the blinds themselves.
