The representative met the appointment time, showed us options and set up an order for blinds to cover 4 windows. They arrived about 3 weeks later and were installed without incident. The basic blinds seemed more expensive than would have been available at another store, but we did not have to measure or install them.

From making the initial appointment for selection to the installation the whole process was smooth. I especially appreciated the installers follow-through to set up a date after I missed his initial call while out of town on vacation.

I appreciated Mr. Esch's honesty and professionalism when I talked to him on the phone.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything about it was wonderful. The person that came out to do the measuring was pleasant and professional. The installer was also very nice to work with. They did a wonderful job and I speak very highly of the company and the representatives.

Very professional, love the black out shades in my bedroom. The living room shades were defective so he had to get new ones to install. There was no charge until the correct blinds were in. Very friendly person who installed the blinds and my old dog loved him.

They came out and were very nice. However their prices are so high it would have required a substantial additional investment even for the one window we wanted covered.

I purchased an Angies list Big Deal, and June responded the next day to set up an appointment. She was timely and professional. After the weekend I decided to expand my purchase and June to returned to add on to the order. The blinds were completed earlier than I expected, and the installation was completed. Overall it went very well.

It went very well. After I picked out the type of shade I wanted and the color, we discussed different brands and pricing. They wrote up the order and 3 weeks later I got a call from their installer and we set up a date to have it put in. Rick was prompt, very efficient and neat in his installation and showed me how to remove it for painting, etc. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would use this company again.

I purchase an Angie's Deal for $500 worth of window treatments for $199. They called within a few days to set up an appointment and we agreed on a late afternoon time slot 2 weeks out. MIchael and his wife Shirley were running late on the scheduled day and called to make sure I was okay with the later time slot. They brought sample books to look at. We discussed the pros and cons of the brands and once I had decided on the brand, Shirley helped me with the color selection and Michael did the measuring. Six weeks later their installer called and arranged a time to come to my house and install the blinds. He was on time and installed the 4 blinds in about an hour. The blinds fit perfectly and the color is true to the sample.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to set up an appointment immediately. The representative was very knowledgeable and quickly helped me make decisions. Before I knew it our window treatments were installed and we are enjoying the new look.

Custom Drapery and Blinds was easy to work with and everyone I worked with gave me great confidence throughout the entire process from beginning to end. My salesperson was Stephanie who had great ideas for the window coverings in my home. She took into consideration my budget, the style of my home and my thoughts regarding what I was looking for. She was easy to talk to and instilled great confidence. The estimated delivery time was three to four weeks, which was spot on. The installer, Don, was great to work with and it was obvious he has a lot of experience installing window coverings. He did a great job installing the "silhouette-style" vertical blinds and wood blinds, was very respectful of my home. He bagged up all of the packaging and broke down all of the boxes. He even carried them out to the garbage and recycle bins. I highly recommend Custom Drapery and Blinds.

They came to our home quickly when called and were very helpful in choosing the right treatments for each window. Delivery and installation were on time and went without a hitch.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. It was easy from start to finish pretty much. June was wonderful to work with, she was punctual and friendly. I already knew what I wanted so I appreciated that she just addressed that and didn't try to sell me other things. The blind came on time and we installed it this weekend. It looks wonderful and works great. We really are thrilled with the purchase and the company. Highly recommend them!

The salesman and the installer were excellent at their jobs. I am very pleased with the services provided!

It went very well. They blinds were installed earlier than I expected. I gave them a B on quality because of the plastic hardware used to open and close the blinds. I am happy with the blinds, I should have checked waht the hardware would look like at the time of purchase.

The representative was very punctual, arriving on time, with a good selection of available blinds. We pointed out the windows we wanted blinds for, as well as our style preference, and a list of blinds we had seen that we liked, as well as our desired cost band. Based on all of that information, she provided several alternatives, some we had seen, others we hadn't. We really liked one of the latter, and chose to move forward with it. She measured all of the windows we wanted to purchase for (as well as two other we asked her to measure), and provided us with a cost estimate within 3 minutes, for the blinds we wanted to pursue immediately, as well as those that we asked to price out for planning purposes. We took roughly one week to decide whether or not to move forward, and when we phoned, were told that the blinds would arrive for installation in 3-4 weeks. (I will update review when the installers complete their work.)

Working with Michael and Shirley and the installer went great. Michael and Shirley came, listened to what I needed, did the measurements, showed me my choices and wrote up the order quickly. They didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need and their suggestions were so spot-on that I didn't have to do a lot of thinking -- what they suggested was exactly what I wanted. After the blinds were ordered, I had to make an unexpected change and they were gracious and generous in accommodating that last minute change. This morning the installer came and within an hour I had beautiful, functional blinds installed with no muss or fuss to me. While the expense was a bit shocking to someone used to buying cheapo blinds at Target, these are gorgeous, fit the home and will last forever. I could not be more thrilled. I have to admit that I went around and worked all of the blinds up and down a few times because they are such a pleasure to operate and look so good. I can't wait to start "using" them.

The installer was delayed on our first scheduled visit, which we cancelled, but he arrived promptly on the second. He installed six blinds in our new sun room in about half an hour. At my special request, he switched two blinds in the living room at no charge. Rick was a courteous, experienced and generous service person.

The response was immediate, considering there was a coupon incentive involved. It was scheduled within a few days of purchasing the coupon and Stephanie was at my home a few days later. She was knowledgeable and very competent. Made some suggestions which were very helpful. She put a rush on the order and suggested it would be 3 weeks. It was exactly 3 weeks when the install was accomplished. The blinds work and fit beautifully. Will definitely use them in the future.

It went smoothly from start to finish. I was very impressed with our initial visit and the follow-up with the installers was great. I will recommend Michael Esch and will definitely use them again for the next line of projects!

The two windows that needed blinds were measured. I was told it would take between 3 - 5 weeks. The order arrived in about three weeks. The installer came within the one hour appointment. He removed his shoes, and installed the blinds quickly and efficiently. They look great.

They told us the blinds would be ready in about 3 weeks, but so far I have not heard from them. They have installers that will come in on a Saturday to install the blinds .
