He came promptly when we called to get an estimate. I said yes that day and he said he would do the work in about two weeks, but it was more than two weeks later and we were still waiting so I emailed him to ask when he'd come and he did come the next day or so. He did a very neat job with replacing the wood and matching the paint on our house. He finished the project in one day.

They were very, very good. They were very professional and they had indicated the work that they were going to do in detail in their proposal. He was including not only what was going to be done but also the material. They provided information.

Dennis was very quick to respond to our call and set up an appointment. His estimate was very detailed. When we set up the job, the painters were there at exactly the time stated. We had a couple of things that we wanted done a little differently while the painting was being done and Dennis was very flexible in each situation. The work performed was wonderful and we have received many compliments on our paint job. We will use Certapro, specifically Dennis, again.

We were not sure the house needed to be painted. It looked in good shape but had not been repainted in 20 years. Dennis came over and we discussed it. He advised painting and applying two coats. After the power washing it was clear that he was exactly right. The paint was very thin and would have failed to protect the siding leading to expensive repairs. We wanted a different look and Dennis gave us two books with hundreds of color choices. He was patient until we settled on a choice that in the end was just right. As the experience was going so well on the outside we considered doing some rooms on the interior. The rooms we wanted to redecorate were wall papered. Dennis was again very patient as we deliberated on colors that would make two adults and two teenagers happy. He gave us lots of choices and sent 8 by 11 size colored sheets of our final choices which made it much easier to appreciate what the finished product would look like. The paper removal was a lot of work. The workers did a fabulous job working long days to get the kitchen done so we could use it. They were meticulous, respectful, courteous and very careful. They covered everything to avoid dust and paint getting on floors and appliances and furniture. They moved furniture as necessary. Through the process Dennis was always available by cell phone. He answered all of our questions promptly. There were no delays. There were no mistakes. Logistics for getting access to the house went seemlessly. He left some extra paint in case we needed to touch up in the future. The bid was lower by several thousand dollars than two other companies in the area. There were choices on the estimate to consider one coat of paint and the deck. We chose not to do the deck and choose two coats. They painted the gutters the color of the trim. They were very professional. We gave the workers a large tip. They tried to refuse but we know they deserved it.

I have utilized the services of Dennis and crew twice now for my exterior painting projects. Dennis is always very prompt in returning calls, scheduling the job, starting on the agreed upon date and completing the work when promised. I have been 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.

Dennis was the first of three contractors to call back--he called the day after I left a message. He came the next day to see the damage and sent me the detailed estimate that evening via email. His estimate, including labor, was less than the handyman (who estimated sight unseen but said it would be a days labor plus materials) and he brought all the materials and paint. The wide boards of siding were hard to find but he did within a couple days. When he pulled off one section he found more extensive damage to the sheeting and insulation than expected and increased his fee to cover the extra repair needed but it was still relativly inexpensive. He did very neat work and was careful to clean up every time he left for the day. I hope we can have him paint the whole house next year.

Overall project went well.

Communication with company was excellent, and the work was performed exactly as promised. When we were unsure as to paint choice, the company came over and painted an out-of-the-way area with all four of our "finalists" so we could see how they'd actually look on the house. I even had one thing that needed attention after the job was paid for and the company came back that day to fix it. Most importantly, once work was begun, there was no delay in completion.

Certapro gave us estimates on the work quickly. Once we agreed to the project, there were delays that weren't communicated well in the start date of the project. However, once the crew got here, the work was done very well. The painting crew was professional and quick, taking only two days to do all but the pressurewashing of the siding. The surrounding areas were left clean and tidy, and we were very pleased with the work.

Couldn't have been better. I was totally impressed with the people, quality and time frame for job completion.

Dennis and team leader, Martin, did such an exceptional job on our interior project we hired them to completely repaint the exterior of our house. We changed the color and asked them to use an accent color on our trim. All metal surfaces (garage doors, railings, etc.) were painted in another color. Dennis was very responsive. He called me back within a day of my leaving a message. He was able to come to my home to give me an estimate in a couple of days. He was very professional. He brought a binder with recommendations, examples of his work and certifications. He followed up within a day (via email) with a written estimate. I decided to do the paint job myself due to finances, but otherwise would have hired him.

Dennis runs a very professional business. His staff are pleasant, on-time and very eager to please. From the computer-created bid proposal to the final finishing work, everything was very well done. I highly recommend him to others. There were some optional items I had his crew do and they were done well at a reasonable cost.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK, THE TIMELY FASHION IN WHICH IT WAS DONE AND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PAINTERS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN!

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE SORT OF SLOPPY ON THEIR PAINTING, AND SPLATTERED AROUND TOO MUCH WITHOUT CLEANING UP. THE DECK THEY PAINTED IS ALREADY WEARING OFF (THEY PAINTED IT LAST FALL AND IT IS NOW APRIL). BUT, THE OUTSIDE WALLS AND INSIDE WALLS ARE GOOD. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND INNOVATIVE AS FAR AS THEIR WEBSITE GOES. VERY EASY TO CONTACT AND WORKED HARD, LONG HOURS, & WEEKENDS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

THEY WORKED EVERY DAY, WEEKENDS EVEN. THEY WERE THOROUGH, POLITE, NICE AND GOOD.
