We were very very pleased. Before the home was measured, we were told the job could be done by Thursday (11/8). After the measuring and estimate, we were told it would be done Wednesday (11/9). And in fact, the painter was done early Wednesday. Taking down the curtains and putting them back up was a big deal for us. The curtains are floor to ceiling and attached to the ceiling. Having not yet moved in with our things in storage, we didn't have tools or a ladder. The painter came in on Friday, worked Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and finished up on Wednesday. We stopped in each day to see the progress. The painter was very friendly, courteous, and professional. We're thinking of doing one of the bathrooms next spring and we will definitely go with CertaPro again.

Did great work. Done in two days and even changed hard to reach light bulbs for me for free. Quality of paint was great and there work was perfect. They cleaned up and moved all furniture back so you wouldn't even know they were there. Price was exactly what estimate was and seemed very fair for materials and time they invested.

While this was not the lowest bid, I felt the most comfortable with CertaPro. I liked the warantee offered and the professionalism of Dennis. We had our entire house painted and lived in it while the project was completed. It took 2 painters a full week to do about 4,000 sq ft. They cleaned up everyday and put everything back where they found it. The few concerns I had were addressed quickly and correctly. I was very happy overall and will use them in the future.

Dennis is a total pro. He returns calls promptly, he and his employees show up at the time promised, they do great work, and he follows up to make sure that the work was done well. I recommend him without reservation. We called Dennis and asked if he could give us an estimate. He came over a few days later, met with us and looked over the areas that needed painting. He wrote up an estimate while he was there. After getting one other estimate, we decided to hire his company to do the work. We scheduled the work for September 12. Dennis called the day before to confirm that a painter would be there before noon, unless it was raining. The painter arrived at 10:00 sharp. He taped the areas to be painted and scraped the old paint, then it started to rain. Dennis called later in the day to let me know that the painter would come back the next day to paint. The painter showed up as promised on the 13th and did the work. My husband noticed later that day that one part of one of the vents didn't get quite enough paint (it looked darker than the rest), so when Dennis called to ask if everything was done to our satisfaction, I said everything was great except for one part of the vent. He sent the painter back the next day to fix it. We're very happy with the final result!

Dennis responded to my first contact within 24 hours & had a quote to me within 72 hours. We were hosting an event within about 2 weeks & hoped to have the work completed before hand. Once we contracted, somone from his team was out 2 days later to power wash the deck. After the prep work was completed, Dennis & his team worked over Labor Day weekend & got the job done w/several days to spare. They did a great job; the deck looks better than it has in years! I would highly recommend CertaPro!!

We met the owner at a Home Show, we asked him to come over to give us an estimate -- we got a $100.00 discount if we used him for our exterior painting project, which we did. After choosing 3 colors, the samples were put up on our home the very next day. We decided on our color about a week later and probably a week after that the job was completed! :) There were about 5 painters, they were there about 8:00am and left with the job completed at 6:00pm. No messes were left behind, the painting job was superior and the painters were very friendly (even though they spoke very little English -- but smiled a lot!) I would highly recommend and will use them again in our future.

Prices are very competitive, overall experience was seamless, if a question came up Dennis responded very quickly and professionally.Would recommended and have to my friends.

Excellent experience all the way through, from our first meeting with Tim Frier, throughout the process. They did excellent work in a timely manner. Very professional throughout.

They came in with the lowest bid. They were very accommodating. They very timely, neat and very professional. The whole experience was fabulous. They even offered to help me move back the furniture that I moved for them to be able to paint. They were just very pleasant to work with.

Dennis and crew were always very punctual with times agreed upon. Did a very professional job of painting the ceilings and the walls near the ceiling line and took the time to match up the existing wall paint color very well since previous ceiling sprayers had pulled wall paint off when they took off the masking tape they had used to hold up the plastic sheeting. Only down side was the when the painters from CertaPro took down the protective plastic on the walls , the paint dust went everywhere including the whole house since the furnace was going and dust went through the returns. Painters left without cleaning any of the surfaces. I called Dennis (manager) and explained the problem and he came right out the next day and himself cleaned the kitchen and living room which very much impressed me. Because of his attitude to make sure I was satisfied with the professional job his crew did, I would use his services again. More companies should realize that if you don't make the customer happy with the job you've done, which means no buyer remorse, you'll never be asked back for future jobs. Dennis made the afore mentioned dust problem very minor and for that I'm very grateful.

The manager we had was very good. He was very helpful in giving me sample colors to make a decision on which color to use. He was very hands on with his employees. He was very helpful and courteous. He did a good job overall.

Very professional operation. Dennis arrived 10 minutes early with crew of two others. After providing instructions to his crew, the crew remained and finished the ceilings (2 coats) by noon. By 5:00 the same day, they finished painting the lower level walls (2 coats), including moving furniture, removing and re-placing window coverings, and cleanup. We were impressed with their speed and thoroughness. Quality was in no way compromised. Excellent work. Highly satisfied.

His price was fair for the painting and he did not charge me for the pressure washing of the stucco. I would recommend him for painting but stay away from subcontracted pressure washers.

I contacted Dennis with a short time frame to work with. We had just purchased a house and were attempting to make improvements before we moved in. We were still making decisions on what needed to be completed before the move, and continued to add work and request estimates throughout the process. Dennis and his crew were very patient throughout and worked through a number of surprises on the project. They disposed of all building materials that were removed during the project and did a great clean up job when they left. I appreciate his willingness to meet me after work each night to discuss the project, and his flexibility in adding/removing work as our minds changed. I will be contacting Certapro in the future for additional work.

Dennis Merillat and the crew he used to paint the exterior of our house exceeded our expectations in every category. We called for an estimate, set up a time, and Dennis arrived on time. At this initial meeting, he presented a professionally designed and comprehensive booklet detailing the services CertaPro provides for this type of project, as well as a list of references (with phone numbers) and pictures of the jobs he has been involved in. At the end of our meeting, he presented a proposal detailing what was to be included in the quote and the price itself, which found me pleasantly surprised that he was within the parameters of other quotes we received, and even was three hundred dollars cheaper than another painting contractor that was rated very highly on AL. After my wife and I discussed our options, we decided to engage Dennis' firm to paint our house. About a week before the painting was to begin, Dennis, and a member of his crew arrived, on time, to pressure wash our house, and the crew member did a complete and thorough job. We agreed upon a project start date after looking at the weather, and as in the past Dennis and his work crew arrived on-time (and early- 7 AM) to begin the scraping of ALL loose paint, and the caulking of all gaps that existed, exactly as detailed in the proposal. The crew worked on this tedious task for approximately 5 hours, and were very polite, professional and thorough. The painting began in the early afternoon, and they completed most of the first coat by 4:30 and called it a day, but only after the worksite was picked up and as clean as it was when they arrived- VERY IMPRESSIVE! Day two the crew arrived a little later, but only because it had rained slightly the night before and Dennis wanted the house to be completely dry before painting was to begin. When I arrived home from work at 4:30 the second coat of paint had been applied, and they were working on the second coat on the trim of house. It looked AWESOME (in fact, several neighbors stopped by to affirm that observation). The crew started cleaning up the materials of the job at about 6:30 PM, and reattached all items that were removed, including exterior lights. Again, the area around the house looked as if they hadn't been there. The day after the completion of the job, Dennis stopped by for a final walk-around, and the job was signed off on. What a great experience from beginning to end. In closing, I have to mention a little more about the two gentlemen who did the work on the house. Again, they were not only very professional and polite, but one can also tell when a worker or workers take pride in their work. These two showed that pride, and I couldn't have asked for a better crew to complete a relatively expensive and major endeavor on our home.

The job was the best experience we have had in home updates in recent years. I will definetly call them again when we have a painting job.

Their quote was the lowest when compared to other companies. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

It went extremely well. They predicted it was going to take them two weeks to do everything, and they had it done in a week and a half. The crew was nice to have in our home and their language was good. We didn't have any trouble with them at all. They were extremely trustworthy. They knew what to do and just did it! They are coming back to help out with our basement and to do some touch-up work and painting underneath our deck. We will definitely keep using them.

Dennis was able to come to our home the same day I called and gave the estimate. After we decided to use his company, he brought over a few paint samples and put them on the walls so we could make a final decision. He thought the work would start on 4/20 but they were able to start on 4/17 and finished 4/18. They arrived when they said they would arrive. They took care to protect our walls and furniture. They cleaned up after themselves. There is no question that we would hire them again.

Dennis' work exceeded our expectations. The estimate was a middle of the road estimate, not the lowest and not the highest. The work was done professionally and he was courteous. I would use him again and I would recommend him to others.

Good quality work, clean up, etc. Most competitive pricing from other contractors bids and they allowed us to use our preferred paint. I would hire again.
