Awesome! 1 day in and out, and we got a Free roof on our garage, communication issue I think, I would hire this company anytime!

They did an excellent job, even with the rain. Their crew of roofers were very polite & kind. They worked even in the rain when it would let up or was lightly coming down. Always being careful of safety. Ours down below and theirs up on the roof. They worked hard and diligent for 4 straight days. Our roof had all 4 things that roofers like to avoid if they can, yet they did it anyway and their price was reasonable. Lowest of all the bids we received. It is an old house, build in 18946, that is 2 1/2 stories high up on a hill, with steep peaks, flat spaces and had to have all the the decking replaced. A huge job. We had other companies come out and say our house was to high up. None of their roofers would do it. These guys were so very comfortable up there, it didn't seem to bother them at all. They worked long hours to get it done as soon as possible. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up afterward, even checking with a large magnet for any nails left laying around. We highly recommend this company. Everyone we talked with in the office to the salesman that came out and the roofers themselves were very kind, honest and straight forward with what would be done and what it would be the cost. When asked about the possibility of any unseen extras they were very honest about that also. We had an old railing accidentally get broken, yet they kindly deducted the cost of repairing it from our final billing at a fair price. We highly recommend them and would use them again for other projects.

Capital did a great job working with my insurance company, meeting multiple adjusters at my property. The work itself went fantastic, done in a day and the clean up was so thorough you would never even know work was done. Overall very pleased with the experience!

Also, I noticed the materials used were of high quality without any unnecessary upselling of higher costing materials. Overall I had full trust in their operations from start to finish, and am pleased with the end result.

It went well. The extent of the hailstorm in Blaine was massive , capital finish the job in a timely manner. Their crews were awesome. all it took was a phone call to get them to go up to my fathers house in Blaine Minnesota and take care of the problems.

Our consultant (Andy) was professional, friendly and very helpful. He gave us the time we needed and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful in helping us choose the shingles we did. The crew was prompt, thorough and they cleaned up everything after. They even washed a garden window I can't reach. I would use this company again.

After a hail storm last June, Capital Construction came out and looked at my roof. They handled all of the details with my insurance company and got my roof and siding replaced for the price of my deductible. I added a few upgrades along the way and they were very helpful in picking those items out for us as well. The main things we upgraded were gutters in areas we did not have them before and some wraps on windows just to add some more contrasting colors. Andy Oakes was great working with my insurance company. I didn't think they were going to cover us at all, but after Andy went over the pictures with the insurance rep it was all handled by Capital Construction from there on out. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to a family member or friend! (I actually did refer my Mother to them for a roof inspection and a neighbor who was having problems getting any coverage from his insurance company.) Thank you!

Went very well. Handled all details from Insurance adjuster to Building Inspection at conclusion. Tidy, punctual, polite and responsive throughout the procedure.

We worked with Capital Construction to help us with an insurance claim and subsequent replacement of our hail damaged cedar shake roof. They were extremely responsive and assisted us with all facets of the claim process from the initial claim submission through work and claim completion. We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and the time it took for the job to be completed. They are one of the leaders in replacing cedar shake roofs and it showed. I would enjoy working with them again if there ever was another need.

John met with myself and my insurance adjustor, wrote up the proposal, and followed-up with the insurance. His crew was profession, installed the roof, vents and skylights in one day and was complete in their clean up. They did excellent work and filing my insurance claim was effortless. I would use him again and recommend his services to my friends.

Derek was awesome! Talked to my insurance company and filed for insurance for hail damage which saved us thousands of dollars! He was prompt and courteous at all times and took care of everything! The roof was done in about 4 hours. I was delighted!

They did a great job. Derek was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. He really went the extra mile with our insurance company trying to get them to replace our shingles, which were damaged in the storm. Ultimately, they would not authorize replacement, but Derek and the entire team at Capital did make every effort to get it done. The house looks great and we are very happy with the results!

My insurance provider concluded that my property did not have any significant damage after a sever hail storm. Capital construction concluded otherwise and in coordination with my insurance company resulted in a full insurable replacement of my entire roof. The workmanship was excellent and they even bumped us up on the schedule so our roof would be completed prior to a wedding party we were having at our residence. Excellent experience working with this company!
