Capital Construction is great! Derek was able to make it out the day after I called and quoted the work at an extremely fair price. His crew came out the following day and were able to complete the work before a large snowstorm hit. Derek kept me informed via text on the progress of the work since we were not home at the time. He followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work. Very professional company and will use again if needed in the future. Highly recommend.

This is our first house and it is the first time we claim the damage involving insurance. Andy from Capital Construction is very professional by helping us to deal with the insurance company and fix the damage. The response is quick whenever we have any concerns and questions. He also paid us several visits so we can talk to him face to face about how this works.

I had a very bad experience with another contractor before I signed up with Capital Construction. I opened a claim for hail damage on my windows in October of 2013 and my insurance company approved the claim immediately, no trouble with them at all but after almost a year the other contractor hadn't done any work yet. In the fall of 2014 I met a few of the guys from Capital construction by chance one day when they were working in my neighborhood. They were very professional and they really looked like they had their act together, so I signed on with them. I was really amazed how quickly they got to work. They had their paperwork into the insurance company within a matter of days (it took the other contractor 8 months). A week later my windows were measured and ordered. 8 weeks later the windows were installed, DONE! and it takes about 6 weeks for the new windows to be built at the factory! Capital even got my insurance company to come back and look at the roof and just like that, they agreed pay to fix that too! It was December so Capital told me they would have to wait until spring to put the new roof on. Once we hit the 1st 50 degree day in the spring it was only about 4 days later when I got a call from Capital saying it was time to put the new roof on. They came 3 days later and the new roof was done in one day. I was amazed at how easy it was and how quickly the work was completed. I had $50,000 of work done and I didn't have to do hardly anything except pay my deductible. Capital handled all the communications with my insurance company and the checks just started coming in the mail. All work was completed promptly and professionally. My project manager, John was always easy to get a hold of and very responsive to my needs. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and I would recommend Capital Construction to EVERYONE. The replacement windows were much better than the originals and much better suited to withstand hail, so I am confident that I will probably never have a problem with them again. The Roof is rated for 50 years, so it will probably last the rest of my life.

John from Capital Construction worked with our insurance company to get replacement of the roof covered. The staff was fast, efficient, and excellent quality work. They were sure to clean up nails and other debris and finished the job in a timely manner.

Our experience with Andy Oakes and Capital Construction was very positive. Even though our insurance company had declined to provide us with a full roof replacement after this summer's hail storm, Andy determined that our roof should have, beyond a doubt, been fully covered. Andy led us through the process of contesting the insurance settlement, which resulted in a full roof replacement. The roof replacement job was completed in two days. His crew was efficient, courteous and detail oriented. The work appears to be top notch. During roof tear-off some of the old shingles had scraped the side of the house, which had just been painted. Andy had his crew repaint those areas ensuring that everything had been restored to its original condition. In short, we were fortunate to have Andy and Capital work with us on this project and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to others with similar needs.
