Based on our experience with the saleperson and good Angie's List reviews, we wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

They were phenomenal. They did a heck of a job. They made an appointment and came over and fixed the A-coil. They knew what they were doing. There were two gentlemen that came over. They had it inspected when they were finished. They did the job quickly. We were very pleased. They gave us a window of when they would be here, but they arrived at 8:00 in the morning. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We had a good experience with the work that they did. They put in the heating and air conditioning unit for us about 5 or 6 years ago, and everything has performed well.

Called company the moment they opened. Within 2 hours Dave arrived to discuss options. I decided to replace my old furnace and AC (as I figured it wouldn't be long before the old AC would go out). Within an hour the team arrived to start the work. I also asked them to replace my existing thermostat which worked but hard to understand. Of course this all happens when it is below zero, but they were very conscientious to try to reserve inside heat and protect my floors. They cleaned up everything, showed me how to operate units, made suggestions on how to improve my energy savings, removed and disposed of old units and within 4 hours they were finished and gone. Very caring, courteous and knowledgeable. The company handles top quality brands. I was impressed that there was no high pressure sales techniques. EXCELLENT job and I would highly recommend them.

Fell in the middle of six quotes, but on the high side in price. Tony Jackley was on time for the appointment. Duct work estimate was only slightly (2.5%) more than the others. Garage heater and new gas line quotes were very competitive.

Had no problems with them since the furnace fired up and worked well.....until a month later the same thing happened. This time I used a different company who came out and diagnosed a different problem than the sensor. They fixed that problem, ignition control, and I have not had any problems since. I feel that Burnsville Heating may have diagnosed the wrong thing, since it only worked well for 3 weeks after that.

I was not as confident in them as I would have liked to have been, but they did a good job.

Received 3 estimates for having my daughter's furnace and air conditioner replaced. Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning was approximately $2,000 less than both Standard and Sedgewick. This actually scared me as you usually get what you pay for. I called the owner, Mike Carney, and had a long conversation with him directly. The other 2 sales people were more engaged and professional when they provided their estimate, but I couldn't overlook the cost difference. Mike indicated that they understand if they don't get the sale, they've lost that customer for the next 20 years, so they are willing to settle for less of a mark-up to get the sale. Work was completed on time and as scheduled with excellent results. Installers were very polite and knowledgable and I saved $2,000!

We had Gary out once before to look at the poor ventilation in one of our rooms. He found some problems with our vents and opened them up, and gave some good advice. When our furnace blower failed, rendering our AC inoperative, they sent Gary out again ASAP. Since the blower was going to be $500, we decided since we had a 12 year old medium quality furnace, to just replace it now. The CEO, Mike Carney came out and did a estimate for us, and we had all the recommended work done. e have a two zone system, and the previous owners had it installed wrong. Mike had his technicians redo it while putting in our new Lennox furnace, and our ventilation and cooling are much better now. They were professional and great to work with. Mike said we would be happy with the furnace, and we are! It is quiet, and works great. Since it is two stage, variable speed, and higher efficiency, it will save us money too. The ventilation changes worked great as well. Great company.

We had a great experience. We set up the time with the sales person, and the morning of the installation, the office called and told us that installers were in a meeting and would be there at 9 AM. They came and did a great job

I needed the furnace checked for the winter, and they charged me 75.00 for a service checkup and said the furnace was old, and I should consider replacement. Our furnace was 46 years old. The rep, Tony Jackley, came out the next day and gave us an estimate for 94% hi-efficiency furnace and a/c unit, and they replaced the furnace two weeks later. We are very happy with the furnace and they also took care of the rebates which brought the final cost to 5257.00. The installers were very nice and were here at 7 AM and done by 2 PM. They also installed a new thermostat, which is easy to read. I would highly recommend this company, as they are very professional, and they deducted the initial service call fee from the furnace installation, which was really not expected but nice!

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. EXCELLENT JOB. CLEANED UP WELL. WERE RESPONSIVE TO OUR CONCERNS OF THE OUTSET OF THE JOB.

WHEN I CALLED TO SETUP THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE ESTIMATE, TONY THE SALES PERSON ASSIGNED SAID THAT IF I COULD NOT SETUP THE APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY, AT 5:30PM, HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH AN ESTIMATE AS HE IS SO BUSY. THE SALES PERSON, TONY, WAS NOT ENGAGED IN THE SALES CALL AT ALL. EVERYTIME I WOULD ASK A QUESTION, HE ROLLED HIS EYES AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE THE QUESTION WAS STUPID. HE DID NOT WANT TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME. THE TOTAL ESTIMATE WAS $6,834 NOT INCLUDING THE EXTRA WORK REQUESTED. LENNOX OFFERED A REBATE IF YOU ALLOWED THEM TO INSTALL A DEVICE IN YOUR HOME TO MEASURE AIR QUALITY. TONY ONLY WANTED TO INSTALL AND MEASURE AIR QUALITY AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF NEW EQUIPMENT. I ASKED HIM WHY WOULDN'T YOU DO BEFORE AND AFTER? HE SAID BECAUSE HE JUST DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO BOTH. HOW LAME.

I RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM 4 HEATING INSTALLERS. THE ESTIMATES RANGED FROM $2,200 TO $3,400. BURNSVILLE HEATING & AIR WAS THE LOWEST. I SELECTED THEM ON PRICE AND QUALITY OF THE ESTIMATE. THE NEW FURNACE WAS INSTALLED AND OPERATING IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS. THE OLD FURNACE WAS REMOVED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. GARY WAS PHENOMENAL. HE NOTICED THAT A DAMPER INSIDE A DUCT WAS CLOSED (WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT EXISTED), AND IMPROVED THE AIR FLOW TO OUR BEDROOM. THAT MADE THE COST OF THE VISIT WORTH IT RIGHT THERE! HE ALSO INDICATED THAT OUR HEATING AND A/C WERE GETTING OLD, AND THOUGH HE COULD MAKE SOME ADDITIONAL FAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR EFFICIENCY PURPOSES, HE RECOMMENDED AGAINST SPENDING THE MONEY BECAUSE HE DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE WORTHWHILE. HE ALSO TALKED TO ME ABOUT OUR DRYER VENTING AND OUR WATER HEATER. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUITE THOROUGH, AND HONEST. GREAT SERVICE!

BURNSVILLE H & A WAS THE FIRST COMPANY THAT PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR US. TONY JACKLEY WAS PATIENT AND PROVIDED SEVERAL OPTIONS THAT HE FELT MIGHT MEET OUR NEEDS. AFTER THIS ESTIMATE, HOWEVER, ANOTHER COMPANY POINTED OUT THE TIGHT SPACE AVAILABLE IN OUR BASEMENT AND WE REALIZED THAT THE UNITS TONY HAD RECOMMENDED WOULDN'T FIT. I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND POINTED OUT THE ISSUES. HE AGREED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND CHANGED HIS ESTIMATE TO REFLECT A SMALLER FURNACE AND AIR CLEANER. HE ALSO POINTED OUT THAT WE'D NEED A COUPLE EXTRA THINGS TO ENSURE WE WERE UP TO CODE (EACH ADDING ANOTHER $100 OR SO TO THE ESTIMATE) WHICH RAISED A RED FLAG IN MY MIND THAT THE COST MIGHT INCREASE FURTHER WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK. THEY OFFERED ONLY A 1-YEAR LABOR WARRANTY. SINCE TONY HADN'T MEASURED THINGS ACCURATELY TO BEGIN WITH, I WAS RELUCTANT TO HIRE THEM. WE ENDED UP HIRING A BRYANT COMPANY, WHICH CHARGED ABOUT $1200 LESS FOR SIMILAR PRODUCTS AND INCLUDED A 10-YEAR LABOR WARRANTY.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THAT SAME DAY AND HAD IT FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT AFTER THE FIRST REPAIR DID NOT WORK.

THE REP WAS COURTEOUS, BUT DID NOT DO A DETAILED JOB OF ESTIMATING THE SIZE OF THE A/C NEEDED. I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO REPORT, BUT THE COMPETITION OUT-DID THIS COMPANY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT RETURNING CALLS. THEY CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME, PROVIDED ME WITH THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO SELECT A PRODUCT. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME FOR THE INSTALL WITHIN A WEEK, AGAIN AT MY CONVENIENCE. THEY WERE EASY TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE. THEIR ELECTRICIAN WAS ALSO VERY NICE, AND EVEN CHECKED OUT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A POSSIBLE PROBLEM WHEN MY HOME WAS INSPECTED PRIOR TO PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY, DURING THE INSTALL, IN A VERY CRAMPED SPACE, THE DRAIN PIPE THAT ATTACHED TO MY WASHTUB BECAME DISCONNECTED. THEY DID COME OUT AND REPAIR IT FOR ME, FREE OF CHARGE, AFTER A COUPLE OF PHONE CALLS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE TECH WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS.
