PAMELA RESPONDED TO MY CALL PROMPTLY, COMING TO DO AN ESTIMATE WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS. I FOUND HER EXTREMELY COMPETENT AND QUICK; SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED, MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS WHICH WERE EXCELLENT, DID THE MEASUREMENTS AND WROTE UP THE ORDER WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO. THE BLINDS WERE READY IN TWO WEEKS AND INSTALLED THE DAY AFTER SHE CALLED. THE INSTALLER WAS ALSO VERY COMPETENT AND PLEASANT AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS PERFORMANCE. AND THE BLINDS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

WE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE BLINDS, THEY SENT THE MEASUREMENTS AND THE BLINDS BACK 3 TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT. THEY REALLY WORKED HARD TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE EXTRAORDINARY, I WAS JUST BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR EFFORT. THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND EVEN CUT THE COST WHEN IT WASN'T ABLE TO BE COMPLETELY CORRECTED.
