Didn't go at all. Company did not come to do the work, and did not respond to repeated calls.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the final installation and workmanship.. However, the particular sales person I dealt with did not provide complete information about sales or discounts available. I had to do my own research and ask for the discount (from DuPont) or it would not have been offered. A sink sale was missed because information was not forthcoming in time. All options available were also not discussed, again, I had to ask or the information would not have been known. I saved several hundred dollars by doing my own research and finding offers from DuPont, and on the vendors own web site. Once I did mention various discounts the sales person would respond with an answer but I felt this was information should have been given to me right away, I should not have to ask about each item. The edge profile installed was not correct. However, it was one of my choices initially and the company did discount the final balance to offset their mistake. I would do business again because, with the special offers, they had the best deal and did good work, however, I would definitely do my homework and not count on the sales person to give you complete information!

I was looking to have two of our bathroom countertops replaced. I was given Bob's Wood Speciality number through Costco. After being contacted by the company I was told it would be best for me to take measurements of the countertops I am planning to replace and then come into their showroom. From there, they would be able to further discuss pricing, etc, I went into their showroom with the asked for measurements. I met with Bob. He was clearly knowlegeable regarding the different material and options. He took a copy of the measurements as well as my contact number. He stated he would email me within a few days with estimates for the materials I was looking at. Two weeks went by and I did not hear from him or the company. I finally called in and was told Bob was on vacation and would not be in until the following week and would contact me then. He did not. I called again the folowing week and spoke to Bob. He assured me he would get the estimates out to me. It has been another few weeks and I have to hear from this company. At this point, I would never use them regardless of the prices they came back with. If this is how they treat potential customers, I question how reliable they will be once they have my money.
