A person from the company came to give a bid on replacing a furnace and air conditioner. Pricing and products were competitive.

There was no service. They cannot come when I need them to, so I am cancelling. And my experience with Angie's List Staff was not great today. I ordered the furnace deal today and I am cancelling it within a few hours of the order. I had used Angell Aire in the past... But quite frankly their customer service today- the receptionist and 'Phil' - sucked today. So maybe they have gone down hill.

It went very well. The company was professional and very nice to work with.

Arrived on time. Very courteous. They also installed our furnace and central air about 5 years ago. Appear to have the most reasonable prices. Willing to work with you. Can be full service or use your filters (provided you have the right filters). Never tried to sell me up on anything.

After the initial service call it was determined that the problem wasn't my A/C as was previously thought by me and by the first company that came out. Cole spent a lot of time figuring out where the problem was and after determining it not my A/C but that it was my hot water heater leaking and needed replacement he spent extra time making sure my furnace and A/C were okay. I asked Cole if by chance they replaced hot water heaters, I had an estimate from a company to replace my hot water heater but hadn't heard back from them so now realizing that this leak had been going for a while I wasn't wanting to wait much longer. Cole checked to see if they would be able to replace my hot water heater as this was something they do, but not routinely as they are an HVAC company. They were able to come out and replace my hot water heater a few days later. Jeremy arrived on Thursday of the same week with my new hot water heater, he was also prompt and professional. he quickly went to work draining the old hot water heater and in about an hours time i had a new hot water heater. Both Cole and Jeremy were incredibly nice and very professional. I felt like I was dealing with a company that cared to go the extra mile that customer satisfaction was truly important to them. I will definitely call this company any time I have a need, and when my A/C goes I will definitely be calling this company to come replace it for me. The prices were lower than the other company I was dealing with and their professionalism and expertise goes above and beyond. They get an A+++

Everything was good. It was a good price. They came when they said they're gonna come. They were good to deal with and polite.

It went fine. They honored the deal. Everything about them was terrific, we already recommended them to two other people. They were very professional and helpful. I went with them because they close to us and their coupon was the best of that diagnostics. We were pleased with them.

I am pretty happy with them. It was just a service call; no other work was involved. I actually never met with them, so don't really have any impressions of the person that came out to the house. Someone could come in while I was gone; I had a last minute work schedule. I asked them, and they said that it was okay for them to come when someone wasn't here. He said that he couldn't figure out anything that was necessarily wrong with it, but if the problem continued what could be wrong with it. But whatever he did managed to fix it. I didn't work with them too much. I did appreciate the fact that they were pretty honest about the fact that nothing else was really wrong and they didn't have to do any other work. With regard to price, everybody else was like a $100 to come out and look at it. With regard to responsiveness, it took a little bit to get a hold of the person. With regard to punctuality, they were on time for us. With regard to professionalism, they didn't do anything or break anything as far as I know and left the house looking fine. I would recommend them and use them again.

The service turned out real good. There was an additional charge to the $49 Big Deal because he filled up the air conditioner. I think it was about $140 additional on top of the $49. This was the first time we used them. He was very thorough. He was real honest too because before he did more work, he wanted us to call Standard Heating that installed it and see if they had parts warranty. Actually, they did have parts warranty and a labor warranty. So, I did not have him come back and let the warranty take care of it.

First thing he checked were the spark plugs. That was the problem exactly. He told us that that is common and to not feel silly about it. He said it was a super old AC that we should not put any more money into. I really appreciated his help. We managed to basically just temporarily fix the rickety broken and noisy top by just putting some heavy bricks on top. He made sure to warn me about covering the top too much. And gave me directions as to who to talk to whent he time comes for a new AC.

Mark came on time. our A/C is old unit. checked our A/C and fixed it patiently checking each system. very happy with the service.

Repairman arrived on time and completed the review with his assessment. All worked out fine, no additional parts/service needed.

I bought a special deal on A/C service call which indicated I would receive a call to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. That did not happen, so I called the office and was told Phil was out, but would call to set up a time for the call. Within the hour, Phil called and scheduled a call for July 7, we spoke on June 30. Jeremy was on time, checked the system and offered two choices for the failed part. The better one was about $150, the lesser one was $100. For an 18 year old system which will be replaced later this summer, we chose the cheaper route. The entire procedure took less than 30 minutes. Excellent service once the appointment was set, professional work done at the site, and a very pleasant service representative. Will call again if needed.

I love this company! We bought a home last fall that was in slight disrepair and had purchased a Groupon deal to have the furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. The guys that came out told us we needed to refill our ac and wanted to charge $250 for it, they were nice but we felt they were a bit vague when explaining the issue and we just decided to wait on it. I started calling around about our AC issues towards the end of May and had one company want to charge me $250 just to drive to our home and check it out, they were also not wanting to be upfront with pricing after that. We also had issues with not being able to get timely service from some other providers we called, some providers were scheduling two weeks to a month out! When I called Angell Aire we were able to get an appointment for the following day and their service charge was reasonable. I was told to expect someone between 10-noon and they were able to quite me how much they charge for R-22 per pound over the phone. The next day their technician was at my house at 10am and went to work quickly. I found out that our air conditioner refrigerant was a little low, but it wasn't as low as I had initially thought. I was also told that a connection on my air conditioner wasn't as tight as it should be, so they went ahead and tightened it. The technician also replaced a few caps that were missing on the AC. I felt very good about the service we received and felt that the AC technician was knowledgeable, conscientious and honest. We ended up being charged a much lower amount than I was expecting and was happy with the price. We are definitely going to call back if we need something serviced again.

Was thorough in checking teh flow of gas to our furnace as we have grid supply issues in Eden Prairie.

excellent our air went out and we called several different other companies who had long waiting lists or no responses . They responded immediately and installed the new air conditioner the next day

I would have given all 'A's but they never showed up the first time and I had to call and reschedule. Person that came to do work was friendly and explained to me what he did.

We received three quotes to replace our aging equipment. A fourth contractor never showed up as scheduled. All contractors were rated an "A" on Angie's list or higher on other business sites. Two quotes were close in price and one was 45% higher than the other two, in one case for identical equipment. Owner Craig Angell and everyone we have dealt with at his company to date have been a breath of fresh air! Craig came to our home answered all questions honestly and provided options for us to choose from - no high pressure just straight talk and a detailed bid. His installers arrived on time and had everything completed within five hours. The installation work is very high quality and everything was cleaned up before they left our home. Angell Aire really has their act togther and makes it simple for the customer even taking care to file for the owner rebates. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I know now why everyone else has rated them so highly - they have worked for it and deserve it!

There were four days between the estimate for repair and the actual installation of new equipment. We opted for replacement because the old system was 28 years old and the rebates made the price for top-of-the-line equipment look reasonable. The fellow who estimated the job was not the same person who did the installation of the new furnace and air conditioner. Installation took most of one day, and along with the Bryant high efficiency furnace and central air unit came a wireless thermostat that one can adjust via smart phone or computer from a remote location. Thus far we are happy with the equipment. I am certain that there are a number of local companies that could do the work. One reason I picked Angell Aire was that their company was recommended by a local contractor who has done some work at our home.

One of our heating units quit working. It was sub-zero temperatures. Angell Aire first tried to walk us through things to check over the phone to get things up and running which was great. When that didn't work, they came out quickly. Very professional.

Thought they were prompt,on time and professional. I have been toasty all winter as far as the furnace goes. This winter has been a tough one!
