Jeremy was great. We had a two hour appointment window and he called an hour in advance to let us know he would be here right at the beginning of the window. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. He then gave his experienced opinion on how to best proceed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They showed up the next day after the purchase of the service voucher. Mark was friendly, helpful (changed the air filter without being asked), and very prompt in his work. He also had good advice on maintaining our outside unit, which was very dirty. Our A/C was down, and we were expecting to pay a lot more for repair. Clearly, Angell Aire runs the business ethically.

Overall the service went very well. The technician broke everything down after servicing the unit and stated that everything looked great. He walked me through everything that he had done. My only issue was with the scheduling. I was on a bit of a time crunch, and was looking for one specific day to schedule. I had sent 2 emails asking for them to call me and neither message was answered. I ended up finding their phone number online and calling them to schedule. My schedule had opened up and they fit in perfectly.

Quick response to the purchase through Angie's List; telephoned and emailed me to schedule a date/time to come look at the issue. Serviceman arrived on-time and ready to work. Located source of issue (calcification in a location we couldn't see), cleared the blockage and demonstrated to us that condensation was now draining properly. There were no additional fees other than the original $49.99 service purchased through Angie's List. Good experience & would recommend.

Unit was cooling great before they came out. Called because hose was plugged and leaking water out of furnace bottom. They said to shut off air at least 12 hours before appointment so it would thaw. I shut off at least 24 hours before they arrived. Service man pulled hose off and blew through it, it spit out some moisture and gunk. He went out back to air conditioning unit and checked things with gauges. He told me all sorts of things that could be wrong and how expensive they could be. He wanted to wait and come back out on Monday to make sure everything was thawed. So I made an appointment for Monday. After he left I noticed a greasy fluid by the outside unit where he was checking with gauges. I than removed the hose coming from the furnace (inside) took it outside and used the garden hose to rinse it out, bunches of gunk game out! I canceled the Monday appointment, because I did not trust them. I sold the house. After the inspection I had another HVAC company come out and they said it was low on Freon and charged it.

They did the job right. He knew what it was from our explanation. My husband had installed something wrong and some of our power was out. It only took them 15 minutes to fix it. They were great.

Diagnosed the problem and provided a prompt fix.

i was very pleased. The cost was reasonable for the time and effort he was here. It is an older unit but he did search for to find the reason it was not working and did fix it. As an female senior I was pleased with the honestly and service supplied. They did not immediately suggest purchasing a new unit. I want to thank them!

Angell Aire is great, they are fast and efficient. I had them out for an estimate for a new HVAC system and they discussed all the options with me. Their prices are reasonable and they said they would be at my home at 7:30am to install and they were there on-time, were considerate of my flooring, made minimal noise and were very friendly. They were done by 1pm and made sure to go over everything before they left so I understood the new system. I have since used them for other projects and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

There was good and bad. The young technician tested our unit when the ambient temperature was 59 F which is generally too cold for such a test to be valid and declared that we had a leak since the pressure was low. He advised it was not cost effective to repair a leak on a 13 year old AC unit, and that we needed a new AC system. No cleaning occurred. Only a partial cleaning of the fiberglass mess in the electronic compartment due to mice was cleaned. The professionalism and quality ratings were based upon the technician's performance. The owner, Mr. Angell, after seeing pictures of the post-service situation offered a full refund and offered to send out another technician at no cost. I did accept the refund but did not engage his further services. Mr. Angell was completely professional and I understand how difficult it is sometimes to maintain quality across a workforce. As of today, July 4, our AC system is performing just fine. The temperature drop is what should be expected, and there has not been any ice buildup on the A-Frame which would be indicative of a low coolant level. I am an engineer with some knowledge of these systems.

There were two electricians and they got both the inside and outside work done in a reasonable amount of time with no problem.

The work was very thorough. The only issue was getting a furnace filter that fit my air cleaner. I ended up buying and installing that myself (no big deal).

We know we will soon need to purchase an entire new AC unit but with this company's help, we are able to put that off for awhile longer. Very helpful and informative!

Everything went really well. The installers were on time, worked quickly and took care to be clean up when they were done. They also made sure I understood everything that was being done, and provided good advice.

That worked really well. He solved the problem for us while he was onsite. I was not the person who received them but it was fine. They didn’t try to reschedule come out again and get another service call out of us. They just solved the problem when they were here. They are easy to work with.

Service rep was on time and professional. He checked the entire system for problems and found none on a 12 year old system. He answered al my questions. A great job.

Purchased the $49 furnace or AC diagnostic deal through Angie's list. After purchasing I realized that it says that it may take up to 2 days for someone to respond and schedule an appt. I emailed the provider and asked if it would be possible for them to come out today because my house is cold and we have a newborn at home. 2 hours later they responded to my email and I called them. They said they could be to my house in an hour to an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the quick response to the email and response to my house. Jason arrived promptly and I explained what was happening. Jason checked the furnace and found that my air filter was pretty dirty which was blocking airflow and causing the furnace to get hot and shut down as a safety measure. Jason removed the dirty filter and that seemed to solve the problem. My blower motor was making a vibrating noise also. Jason said the motor is getting old and would need to be replaced soon. But he did not try to force more work to be done. He was just giving me the information for my sake. Jason was knowledgeable and professional.

I have been using the company for about 7 years. They originally installed our furnace. They do really great work. The staff are very responsive and happy to answer any of my questions. They have given great tips about maintaining the system and keep me informed on what they are doing. They wear booties in the house and are neat in their work. They are very responsive to emergencies and scheduling is easy. I am confident they would help out in any type of situation.

Advised us to consider a new unit before next season as ours will continue to fail. Provided a recharge to get us through the last month of summer.
