It went very well. The tech did a thorough check of my system and determined that it needed a coolant recharge. The system has worked flawlessly since.

They were prompt and flexible and clearly and patiently explained what they were going to do.

It was a great experience working with Angell Aire. They provide a honest quote and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, giving me several options for units. They were able to perform the install just a few days later and arrived on time. The installers were very polite and professional, finishing the job is about 3 hours. They took care of pulling permit, submitting warranty and rebate stuff too. I would highly recommend Angell Aire to anyone.

My AC and furnace are fairly new, I think this service was under warranty.

Initial replaced part did not fix entire problem. Additional part was $600 which would have brought the parts cost for a 16 year old furnace to almost $1000. Decided to replace furnace. Full cost of part installed the first day was credited. Furnace installed the next day.

Arrived on time and professionally tuned up water heater. He explained things to me and volunteered to label the gas lines, etc., for my benefit.

Technician was very friendly & professional and was able to come early, which was nice. he took the time to explain a couple of things about my systems to me. i felt he did a very thorough job.

Angell Aire did an amazing job. They were prompt in coming out to give a bid, had better suggestions than other companies, and were significantly lower cost as well. We had planned to use another company (Freedom Heating) but they didn't show up to do the work as committed (and the owner wouldn't even return phone calls) so I had to scramble to find someone else at the last minute so as not to stall the entire project. It turned out to be for the best - Angell Aire was super responsive, had much better ideas for my project, and was 30% less expensive than Freedom for the same solution. A great company and really nice people as well. In addition to doing a great job on the basement finish, they suggested sealing our ductwork to address airflow issues throughout the house which made a huge improvement in our overall comfort. They are one of the only certified providers in MN for this work, another huge benefit of working with them.

They were very professional. They came out quickly to give me an estimate and followed through within a few days to install the new furnace and air conditioner. They were careful and respectful in our home. From start to finish, I was very satisfied.

Went well. The person that came out did a good job and stayed around for a while to help us think through solutions to some of our problems. They had some good ideas and we look forward to working with them in the future. The only negative would be that they promised a follow up during the next week, but did not follow through on that and we continue to try and get a hold of them for follow up.

Diagnosed what was causing the leaking and fixed the problem. Was professional, informative, and offered a good price. Checked warranty to make sure I didn't need to pay for the part.

It was okay. Their price was not very reasonable. I would not use them again.

Twice I have used Angell Aire and both times the service has been excellent. They call back promptly, schedule service in a timely manner and show up when they say they will. Earlier this summer my air conditioner stopped working and they came out and changed out the capacitor for about $250, which was a such a relief since I had no idea what was wrong and thought it might be something much more expensive (like replacing my fairly old unit). Then more recently inside my house water was dripping on my air filter and they came out and fixed a clogged drainage hose, and I asked them to do a furnace checkup as well. The furnace checkup was about $50 and the drainage fix about $30. Each visit they identified the problem very quickly, explained everything they were going to do and fixed it right away.

Seth, the service tech, communicated in advance of his arrival so I knew just when to expect him. He was polite and worked quickly. The price was fair. We were very pleased with the service.

Center Point "red tagged" my furnace earlier this summer and told me the heat exchanger was cracked. They were more than happy to sell me a new one if I wanted. As an alternative, Center Point offered to replace my heat exchanger (that was still under warranty) for $750 I called Angell Air this morning and talked to Jeremy their service technician. He offered to come over and verify that it was cracked for a cleaning fee. Normally I wouldn't do something like this, but Jeremy was actually the second person to ask me if I was sure it was cracked. Jeremy cleaned my furnace for an hour and informed me it wasn't cracked at all and the cleaning he did took care of it! I can't tell you how relived I was. He saved me over $600! I know I will need a new furnace and A/C within the next 2 years and I will be purchasing from Angell Air.

The entire project went great. Angell Aire's overall bid came in significantly lower than the other three I received. I ended up getting a Bryant furnace and heat pump. The other companies wanted close to $3k and at least one additional day just to move the furnace. Angell Aire did it for under $1k and completed the entire project in one day. They were very responsive to calls and e-mails leading up to the replacement. The installers made sure the system was working properly and showed me everything before they left. They also left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Overall, I could not be happier with their performance and our new heating/cooling system.

The technician showed up in a jiffy!!! It took about 20 minutes to figure out the problem. Hescrambled up to the roof with his tools and had everything in order in 30 minutes!!!! I won't hire anyone else for HVAC issues.

I purchased a deal through Angie's The business was busy and it took a while to fit us in with the hot weather and my work schedule. But I did receive multiple phone calls to update me on when they could come and felt that they were keeping good track of my service request. The man who came to do the tune-up was knowledgeable and explained the condition of our unit. He shared a repair I could request that might lengthen the life of our unit but was not pushy in any way and was clear that it wasn't necessary right now.

I had gotten a different company to take a look at my AC first, their quote for recharging 1lb of r410a refrigerant was very high so I decided to get a second opinion. Angell Aire's price was less than 20% of what the other company was asking. They were unable to come out the day of due to scheduling conflicts but were in and out within 30 minutes the next day. They confirmed that my system was indeed low on refrigerant and added 1lb. The service tech told me that in a system as new as mine (<4 years) the refrigerant leak may have just been loose caps/fittings. He tightened everything up before he left. As long as the refrigerant doesn't continue to leak, I am very happy with the work.

We were told the provider would arrive between 8 AM-12 PM. I received a call around 7:30 AM letting me know he would be there around 8 (awesome!). Seth did a very thorough job of examining the furnace and provided tips/tricks for maintaining our other hardware (e.g., air exchanger, humidifier, etc). I will definitely be working with Angell Aire again in the future.

I arranged for an 8 am to noon service window and Seth arrived beween 8:30 and 9 am. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and recommended the replacement of the sensor. Because the cleaning resolved the issue I declined the new part and took a wait-and-see approach. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The whole service call and repair took less than a half hour. Should the part fail again I will not hesitate to call Angell Aire for repair.

Scott was very friendly and helpful. He moved his truck so I could get my daughter to school and continued to work on my furnace while I was gone. I highly recommend him and this company.

Perfect ! Everything we asked for and more. Highly recommend Angell Air !

It was okay but I think they charged a lot of money. The part costed $120. You can buy it outside for $60 - $70. I was disappointed.

There was no additional charge. They were fine.
