Description of Work: My air conditioner went out and the service provider I had a contract with quoted me a very high price for a new one ($5800). I went online and found a similar unit for $761. I found Angell Aire on Angie's List hoping I would find someone who wouldn't try to take advantage of a single woman. Phil let me know that the AC I purchased thru Sears was too powerful for my townhomes and quoted me $2400 for a new air conditioner, including labor. I took him up on it and he was there within two days. He even offered to return the wrong unit to Sears for me, but Sears advised me they had a different policy for returns. All in all, I was happy with the service I received and happy to have my air conditioning back on!

Description of Work: Angell Aire worked with me to pre-purchase an AC service a contigency for the closing of my home sale, because the buyer wanted a service but the weather was too cold. The owner provided a signed letter to my buyer stating they would honor my payment for their future service. Above and beyond in my opinion for a simple AC service request.
