They never showed up and never called to cancel! I took off work and sat around for 30 minutes waiting for them. When I called their office I was told everyone took off for a funeral. I mentioned that I did not get called and he said they must have forgotten and said they could stop by the next day. I told him I worked and did not have the time to take off. He then said he might be able to call one of the guys out on another call to have them come over. Weren't they all at the funeral? If they are out on other service calls, why isn't it at my house when I made an appointment 2 days earlier. There is no excuse for them not to call me.

Ron was very informative on the Bryant system. Price was very similar to the company we actually used. Went with the other company since they had a better solution for how to run the PVC piping for the high efficiency furnace instead of running it out the front of the house.

Very good experience overall. Very fast service.

Ron the sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very responsive to all questions and not pushy. No waiting on estimate or installation. The whole team was wonderful to work with and knew their stuff. Installation took 7 hrs (they even worked through lunch). With all the rebates-mfg, elect, gas, taxes, etc.-the high efficiency furnace was about the same price as the regular furnace. We were very happy with our whole Angell Aire experience. Would highly recommend them.

The person answering the phone is very pleasant and professional. An initial appointment canceled because of an employee sickness. A second appointment was also canceled for an undisclosed reason. The third time was the charm and the technician arrived on time and did a fine job fixing the humidifier.

I checked Angie's List and called this company because I live in Burnsville and they had a good rating. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and I got a call back within a short time. Scott came out about an hour and a half later and found that I needed a new furnace motor. He called to get a replacement and someone brought it to the house. Scott put it in and I had heat. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely call this company again if I have any problems.

I had called Angell Aire on a Thursday late afternoon to get an estimate for a whole house humidifier. I spoke with Craig who gave me information about what size humidifier I needed and the price of the install. He was helpful and courteous and his price quote was on the lower end of my other estimates. The installer, John, showed up on time. He was really nice and courteous, not making a mess walking from the front door to the basement. He installed the humidifier and explained very well how it works and answered all my questions. He even looked over my HVAC unit and gave me some good advice on how to keep it working at its best. He was a great guy! He finished in the quoted time frame and cleaned up perfectly. The price was what it was quoted at the time of scheduling.

They were just amazing. Every detail was taken care of, we didn't have to worry about anything. All the other contractors that came were extremely courteous, prompt and clean up was wonderful. Total installation was put in, in only about 3 hours. They came out a few days later when there was a faulty part and they were prompt and came out right away. Salesman was not pushy but gave us the information that we needed to know in order to make an informed decision.

Our furnace fan transistor died over a hot 4th of July weekend & our repairman estimated that we would get maybe through the summer on our 30 year old GE system. Out of 12 bids done, Angell Aire gave us the best sense of familiarity with heating & AC units. The salesman was informative and, did not talk badly about other companies/products in the area like two of the other saleman did. Angell worked quickly (7am-12:30) on all installations, showed me everything they did, how the systems worked, how to replace the filters/pad and how to work the new thermostat. They cleaned up the work area when done, both inside & out. Their office was very helpful with all the paper work for the electric and gas companies as well as gaining credit for 12 months free interest until the bonus $$ could come in to pay for a system needed now.

The sales experience was very good Ron showed us all our options and answered all our questions. He provided us with the information (what we could get by with and what would be better). He did not pressure us to choose his option. The installation was timely and neat and the installer Scott was very patient with giving instructions on the upkeep and use. Kay sent us all the paper work for the energy company rebates in a neat package -- all I had to do was sign them and put them in the addressed envelopes she sent. Ron submitted our Bryant rebate and we have received the check. For such a big investment and project it was more peaceful than I would have imagined it could be. I am very happy with the heat pump. We are saving money on a daily basis and the varrible speed fan has made the temperature in our home very even. No drafts or hot air blasts. I would recommend Angell Aire and a Bryant heat pump to anyone.

My renters called me over Memorial Day weekend saying the AC was not working. Luckily they were going out of town for a few days, temp. was in the 90's. Angell Aire agreed to come out and troubleshoot. Told me I had a small leak and needed freon. Added 2lbs. to unit. I have had this problem a few years before. They were very honest and upfront about prices and choices I had concerning the AC unit.

They do an excellent job and show up when they are supposed to. We have a service contract with them and pay annually. We are pleased with their service and usually get the same service man each time so they know where to go when they come out.

Excellent company. Ron Schardt was very helpful. He answered phone calls and e-mails very quickly which I appreciated. We had some unique problems with furnace venting and Ron promptly obtained the information needed from Bryant (other dealers were just guessing). They arrived on time and finished on time. Very nice workmen. A real quality job. They were extremely clean with one exception where they did not use a tarp to cover some items. Price was commensurate with other dealers.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Angell Aire. Having a furnace out in the winter makes me nervous, and these guys assured me they could have it fixed same day. Scott is an extremely knowledgeable technician, and to me, that is worth a lot. He not only fixed my problem, but prevented me from having another furnace outage through early diagnosis of my bad blower motor.

Ron Schardt, their sales representative, came to our home and designed a new HVAC system based around a heat pump. Their installation was complicated by our need to have a separate plumber come in and repair a water main behind the existing furnace. On the day of the installation, they arrived exactly when they said they would, made allowances for the plumber to do his work, and left the work area cleaner than when they started. Their commitment to customer service is unmatched and with their 10-year unlimited warranty and 24/7 service availability, in our opinion, they are the best in their industry. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. We were and are totally impressed!

They have very helpful people to deal with from sales to installation. They are respectful of persons and property, as well as timely and knowledgeable. My only surprise was to learn the difference in opinion of what the outside air temperature needed to be for effective use of the heat pump before the furnace needed to kick in. The sales person indicated 20 degrees (same as printed materials) and even lower in his own experience. The installer indicated 25 degrees, based on their servicing experience.

They installers showed up as scheduled. The project was completed in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. The way the humidifier works was explained completely. They cleaned up after they finished.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH THE BID PROCESS AND THE WORK DONE. A FULL EVALUATION WAS DONE ON THE HOUSE FIRST FOR PROPER SIZING OF THE EQUIPMENT. ANGELL WAS THE 3RD BIDDER ON THIS JOB, AND CAME OUT ON TOP FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND PRICE. WE INSTALLED TOP OF THE LINE BRYANT EQUIPMENT FOR LESS MONEY THAN ANOTHER COMPANY BIDDING ON LESSER QUALITY BRYANT EQUIPMENT. THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. THEY EVEN TOOK EXTRA STEPS TO EXHAUST THE FURNACE OUT THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE RATHER THAN THE EASIER FRONT ROUTE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGELL AIRE.

THE STAFF FROM ANGELL AIR WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FROM THE INITIAL BID THROUGH THE FINAL DETAILS OF INSTALLATION, THEY WORKED TO MAKE THIS PROJECT GO PERFECTLY. THEIR PRICE WAS AMONG THE LOWEST, THEIR INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT. HE WAS CLEAN AND THOROUGH AND EVEN VACUUMED AND CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS FINISHED! ALSO, THEIR SALES STAFF TOOK CARE OF SUBMITTING ALL THE REBATE PAPERWORK FOR ME, SO I JUST HAD TO WAIT FOR MY CHECK. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I GOT A NICE THANK-YOU GIFT IN THE MAIL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR.

RON, THE SALES PERSON WAS QUICK TO RETURN MY E-MAIL AND SET AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. HE WAS ON TIME AND TOOK TIME TO COMPLETELY DISCUSS AND RECOMMEND A COMPLETE SYSTEM. SCOTT, THE INSTALLER WAS A TRUE PRO. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY AT 7 AM AS PROMISED AND WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS WOULD INVOLVE AND DIDN'T MIND ME 'LOOKING OVER HIS SHOULDER' FROM TIME TO TIME. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEAN UP. IT WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY LEFT. ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO PROGRAM AND USE THE EVOLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM. I WENT WITH ANGELL AIRE OVER ANOTHER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANGIE'S LIST PROVIDER BECAUSE THE SALESMAN RON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NOT PUSHY. ANGELL AIRE'S PRICE WAS ALSO MUCH LESS ($700!) WITH A BETTER AIR CONDITIONER AND THE EVOLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM NOT INCLUDED IN THE OTHER HIGHER BID. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND VERY SATISFIED WITH THE BRYANT EVOLUTION SYSTEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGELL AIRE.

I CALLED ANGELL AIRE AFTER RECEIVING ESTIMATES FROM 2 LENNOX COMPANIES WITH VERY HIGH ANGIE'S LIST RATINGS. NEITHER OF THE OTHER COMPANIES HAD IMPRESSED ME, ONE BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH AND THE OTHER SEEMED LOW IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANGELL AIRE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE THE SAME MORNING I CALLED THEM. RON WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING THE VARIOUS BRYANT PRODUCTS AND HELPING ME EVALUATE QUALITY AND PRICE TRADEOFFS. THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND THEY OFFERED A 5-YEAR PARTS/LABOR WARRANTY OR A 10-YEAR AT LITTLE EXTRA COST. ANGELL AIRE ARRIVED AT 7 A.M., AS PLANNED, AND FINISHED WORK AT 2 P.M., ALSO RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. THEY HAD TO FIT THE EQUIPMENT INTO A VERY SMALL SPACE AND INITIALLY THOUGHT THEY WOULD NEED TO SWITCH TO A LESS EFFICIENT 1-INCH MEDIA FILTER, BUT THEN WERE ABLE TO FIT IT IN. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, HOWEVER, THEY CUT A CHUNK OUT OF OUR STAIR WITHOUT ASKING ME. OVERALL, THOUGH, I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE SALES REP, RON, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TYPES OF FURNACES AND AC UNITS, AS WELL AS THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF REFRIGERANTS THAT VARIOUS MODELS OF AC USE AND THE FEDERAL REGULATIONS AROUND THEIR USE. RON DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO PURCHASING THE HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE AND EXPLAINED THAT MY BREAKEVEN PERIOD ON THE EXTRA COST WOULD PROBABLY BE AT LEAST 8 YEARS. HE EXPLAINED HOW AN 80% EFFICIENT 2-STAGE VARIABLE SPEED FURNACE COULD BE MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE FOR MY PURPOSES. I HAD INTERVIEWED A TOTAL OF 4 COMPANIES FOR THE JOB. INITIALLY ANGELL AIRE'S BID WAS THE SECOND HIGHEST, BUT RON WAS WILLING TO COME DOWN TO MEET THE LOW BID. HE CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND ALSO OFFERED TO THROW IN AN EXTRA FILTER ($40 VALUE) FOR FREE. I ENDED UP CHOOSING ANGELL AIRE BECAUSE THE OTHER LOW PRICE COMPANY WAS A 2-MAN SHOP AND THE JOB WOULD HAVE TAKEN MUCH LONGER TO COMPLETE.
