Description of Work: Installed a garage heater. Excellent, There was a problem after they left but where very prompt on getting back to take care of the issue!

I was glad to pay it as one company I called would have charged $250 for an after hours call. I thought that was outrageous. | |I have used this company before and would do so again in the future. Besides doing a good job they are careful to leave the work area clean when they're done. | |The dispatch person on the phone was a pleasure to deal with. She even offered to hold our information on file while I checked to see if we could get someone out sooner so that I wouldn't have to repeat it all if we called back. That's real service! |

Description of Work: Installed a air to air heat exchanger. Great guys, very good at their job, on time, cleaned up after the job and the system works well. I will use them again in the future. |

Description of Work: Furnace and a/c tune up

Description of Work: They came out and gave us an initial estimate to replace a motor assembly for our air exchanger. When I called back to follow up, I was told that the cost was going to be higher because the part was 20 years old, when in fact the house was less than 10 years old. I am not sure if that was an error made by Angell Aire or by their parts rep. I then tracked down the part myself and Angell Aire simply installed it for the price they quoted me. They did not show up on time to the appointment. When I called they said the service tech had been responding to an emergency. He was able to make it there within about 10 minutes of my call.

Description of Work: They adjusted and serviced our furnace fan, charged the air conditioner and investigated the availability of future replacement parts. They were very thorough and responsive to our needs and we intend to call them for future needs. Very service oriented and fair in their charges.

Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working, with the temperatures plummeting into the single digits and below. Angell Aire responded within hours and got our furnace working again. Lifesavers!

Description of Work: I only received an estimate for a new central air and furnace. I did not have them do the job because another company quoted me the exact same system except a nicer central air unit for the same price. However, I received 6 bids and Angell aire was the second lowest bid. The salesman was quick, courteous, and didn't play any games.

Description of Work: They were out immediately. Watch the 'upselling' on furnace filters though. I change mine regularly and had a new one standing by but he kept offering me a 4" thick filter that would "last 6 months."

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the in-home estimate process and the company, and felt that they would probably be my choice. The final price was very competitive with other highly rated Angie's members I had selected, but in the end I went with another member who had a lower price. Angell Aire will certainly get another chance when our A/C needs replacing in the near future.

Description of Work: ANGELL INSTALLED A NEW BRYANT FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER IN MY HOME. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE RON, CAME OUT ON TIME, SURVEYED MY HOME AND PROCEEDED TO REVIEW MY OPTIONS WITH ME. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND SEEMED TO KNOW HIS STUFF WELL. BASED ON A NUMBER OF FACTORS, I CHOSE THE APPROPRIATE UNITS, INCLUDING BRYANTS NEW ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PURON REFRIGERANT. BASED ON THE PRICING I SAW ON ANGIE'S LIST, I THOUGHT THEIR BID WAS COMPETITIVE, AND SINCE THE WEATHER WAS ATROCIOUSLY HOT AND THE OTHER COMPANIES CONTACTED COULDN'T GET A NEW UNIT INSTALLED IN ANY LESS THAN A WEEK'S TIME, I DECIDED TO GO WITH ANGELL, AS THEY PROMISED INSTALLATION WITHIN TWO DAYS. THEIR WORKMEN CAME ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE UNIT IN PROMPT FASHION. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AS WELL. THE UNIT HAS BEEN A BIG IMPROVEMENT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED SIX WEEKS AFTER THE INSTALLATION. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
