Flat roof was repaired the same day I called American Building Contractors. Hole found was patched and hasn't leaked since the repair.

Jerico went above and beyond by looking for additional spots on our siding that needed repairing since he had plenty of materials. He found 2 more spots that weren't in great shape and was able to fix them at no additional charge. They are an honest, professional, and very skilled at what they do. We will definitely be using them again.

Jerico did a great job in cold weather. He was able to do more than I expected, painting over repairs to siding, leaving them invisible. Jerico was very professional and pleasant, would not hesitate to have him back.

I hired ABC for an end of season roof replacement. Not the Ideal time to do this but it was a needed before winter. The Job site foreman Jason was knowledgeable and personable. The crew on the other hand was questionable. First the tarps used had multiple holes in them allowing debris to fall through during tear off. Safety practices were in question when I seen one worker standing on my backdoor awning ,which was homemade by myself (but does the job well). I told Jason that it was unsafe for someone to stand on and he did tell the crew foreman. The crew foreman failed to inform his whole crew of this information. The frame on one side was slightly bent as a result. Clean up was poor and grit from old shingles was left in the gutters. My shingles were really bad and the gutters should of been scooped out first before the leaf blower was used to clean them out. Josh from ABC did have the crew come back out multiple times to clean and make sure that any short coming of the crew were resolved to my satisfaction. A spring clean up may be needed and Josh has assured me that if needed he would send them out. I am happy with the service I received from my salesman Josh. I wish that I would not have to address these issues in the first place but all companies have failures from time to time,but It is the companies that follow through with what ever is needed to resolve the customers issues that really count. *UPDATE* 4-20-2017 I received a follow up call and Clay scheduled another visit to assure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use ABC again. Great customer service. Thanks to everyone at ABC

Great work and great communication

I have never been so happy or impressed with a contractor and service tech as I was with American Building Contractors and Jerico. He called, asked if he could show up early, we talked about my needs and he showed me something I hadn't noticed before. Resolved all my siding issues quickly and very professionally. He even cleaned everything up. They did a great job. Definitely will have them work other projects for me in the future. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you very much.

What can I say, excellent service and quality. Had a piece of siding that fell due to wind damage, ABC repaired it without problems. They showed up exactly at the time they told me and got done in no time. The pricing was very reasonable. Defiantly someone to use again.

We're happy with the work and repairs that they did, very thorough job. Jerico was very professional. The team came through and cleaned up the debris and area multiple times. We are very happy with the final outcome and would recommend them.

ABC (American Building Contractors) is a very stable company that will be here for the long run. We worked with Keith Elverson, Field Supervisor, and Curt Eide, Project Manager. They helped us understand the process and kept us well informed. We had an additional project on the roof. It was a cupola with weather-vane that had to be taken down and some minor repairs made to it. All and in all this was a pleasant and satisfying project due to everyone who worked very hard. Thank you for the new roof.

Proficient,honest and hard working

Great service - Seemed a little expensive to fix a roof leak, however very satisfied with the work done, and would consider them for future work. Quote was upfront, so I know what we were getting into prior to the work, however there was a non-refundable trip charge that we were already stuck with. This trip charge was applied to the work preformed, so that helped.

Jerico was exceptional in communicating what was found as he progressed into the repair. Very professional and courteous. Service was very prompt repair done in one day at a fair and reasonable price. I would hire them again in a minute.
