Description of Work: Another year of having our in floor radiant heating system continuing to fail. Not a very consumer oriented company. If you use them pray you don't have problems, they are unlikely to be resolved from what I've had to deal with.

+ -1 moreThe installations were handled effeciently and professionally. They were prompt. I was able to get an immediate appointment and had the furnace installed well after normal work hours. The installers were polite, neat, and extremely informative regarding my new appliance. The fact that I needed a new furnace immediately and cold weather was approaching, the whole experience was a positive one for me. The thermostat that was installed was also done very professionally and was a make and model that is easy to program.

+ -1 moreI called the office (Kathy) - she put me in touch with Frank (same salesperson who sold me the HVAC unit for the house) and we discussed the needs of the house and the hot water heater. That was Monday afternoon - Wednesday morning the crew showed up ON TIME (you could have set your watch to them!) to install the energy efficient hot water heater. In just a few short hours, I heard a knocking at my door - "we are all done, would you please come to inspect the work" - I was amazed!!!!! I am a proud owner of a bouncing baby 50 gal hot water heater. I cannot honestly express how pleased I am with the Airic's team! From Kathy in the office, to Frank and the installation team - FIVE DIAMONDS!!!! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE in the Twin Cities Metro area! Professional, Professional - PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Well, I called them again - REPEAT CUSTOMER!!! After the EXCELLENT job on the furnace and air conditioning unit - I called them to replace my 17 year old hot water heater.

+ -1 moreFrank was an incredible sales person! The office staff was excellent! The installation team did all the metalwork and necessary work (and cleaned up as well!) I received three other quote for the EXACT set up, and they were $3000 less on one and $9000 less than the quote from PRONTO! It was amazing to hear a sales person apologize for another company! I would recommend Airics company to anyone and everyone! They blew the competition out of the water! - They even called the day after and week after to see how everything is working! Wow - Talk about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreAs a Realtor, I have recommended Ike and his company to many clients over the years and have had him personally do estimates and work at my own relative's homes. They always tell the truth about what is needed, don't overcharge and charge very fair/low prices compared with so many other HVAC companies. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: At an investment property there was a leak from a broken A/C condensation coil. As usual, they answered the phone immediately, scheduled a time to come out within an hour, replaced it quickly to prevent water damage and the tenant was very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism and respect for her and her home. As always, they are so pleasant to work with and so quick to get out for any emergencies my clients or I run into.
