 + -1 moreI made and appointment with Lou of Accurate Installers for Friday June 23, 2006 at 4:30 PM. He was to give an estimate to carpet seven rooms. Lou never showed and never called. I again called to make sure that we were clear on date and time. I left a message to call me. He has not returned that call to date.

 + -1 moreTHE CARPET INSTALLERS WERE OLDER GENTLEMEN WITH A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I CAN''T EVEN SEE THE SEAM IN MY CARPET. MIKE WAS HONEST AND HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION OF CARPET AND PADDING. ALL DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
Description of Work: I MADE A SELECTION OF CARPET FOR MY FINISHED BASEMENT. I THEN ORDERED CARPET AND PADDING AND HAD IT INSTALLED.
