Tom did a great job installing our baseboard heating. He explained everything that he was doing and was able to do the job with just a couple of days notice. He also price matched another bid we had received which was very much appreciated!

Tom Elsenpeter of University Electric was able to come to my house on a very short notice (3hrs after posting my request on ServiceMagic) and did a very nice job wiring and installing new ceiling boxes and switches, while ovecoming challenging obstructions inside a finished wall and above the ceiling with minimal and inconspicuous cutting of finishes. I am very satisfied with Tom's quality of work, responsiveness, and customer service.

Tom was very knowledgable and was able to resolve a problem with one of our light switches. He also went above and contacted the city to help resolve an issue on their end. I would hire Tom again.

Very fast response, set up appointment for GFI replacement. He was fast, friendly, had all the right parts to replace two bad GFI outlets. Very happy with his work , will ire him again for electrical.

Tom called me within minutes of my request. He was able to come out the next day and install the light fixture for me. He was quick, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

He did a great job but it took several trips and his first estimate was way low. He still was under other eledtricians and I would hire him aagain definitely.

I was contacted by Thomas immediately (I mean IMMEDIATELY) He said he would stop by with in the hour - gave me a quote - I hired him and he was back in an hour - finished the job on time and then something TOATLY AMAZING happened.- HE STUCK TO HIS QUOTE! WOW! (well we added a cover for an extra 20.00 at my request) but I have NEVER had a quote be honored without up charges and add ons - trip charges etc... - Great service - fair price and just a nice honest guy! Highly recommended!!!!
