Tom called within minutes of my completing my Home Advisor request. We booked an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately, he encountered a scheduling issue that resulted in him being about an hour late for our appointment, but he called and acknowledged that he was running late, and told me when I could expect him. He arrived at that time, and after I explained the situation was prompt and efficient in completing the work. I'll hire him again when I need more electrical work done.

he was late and then was outside of my home for 15 minutes on his cel phone. was not prepared had to leave and get light fixture and i was told $75 and i paid $125 just to fix a light fixture will not use you again way to expnesive and not very professional

Tom responded within 3 minutes of my completing the Home Advisor request. He was nearby and came right over and spent 2 hours fixing all the things that didn't work. He was courteous and knowledgable. He will be back to do more work!

Tom was awesome. Can out same day of the call. Gave a very reasonable estimate over the phone. The project turned out to be way more involved than anticipated (no fault of his as the house is old and prevented many unforeseen challenges). He still got the project done in a week and despite spending many more hours than anticipated he remained positive, professional, did a great job and clearly did not bill me for most of his extra time. Tom is honest, hard working and highly recommended. Will use him for all future products.

Tom was great to work with. Very prompt service. Price was well below the other bid and he didn't bid on work that wasn't necessary. I think he is a very trustworthy vendor and will definitely use him again.

Tom reached out right away even though my request was placed after 5pm. He was very responsive and is priced much more reasonably then the other electrical companies that have bid on the work. It's helpful to know what you want, but he'll also make some suggestions and work with you. We will definitely have him do additional work for us.

It was the worst experience I have had. He did not offer qoute for what it might take both in hours or money. He just came and started to trouble shoot, He knew the issue was minor and he wanted to make the most out of it. I will never use or recommend this company.
