These windows had not been cleaned for years. Jordon was very polite and called to confirm his appointment. He was on time and did a great job on cleaning the window. He left a note to what he found on the windows and was reasonably priced. My husband who was at home most of the time he was there said he worked very hard and he was impressed. He cleaned up after himself before he left and I would highly recommend them. I know they will be doing my windows next year and hope to have them come out twice a year as recommended.

O'Bros responded to my request via email with a follow up via voice. Since I forgot to remove my screens he could only clean half of the windows and therefore only charged me half the price. I contacted O'Bros to see if they would make another trip to do the other half of the windows and they were happy to service my request. I was very pleased with their professionalism and response time.

O'Bros have a friendly, considerate staff that did an outstanding job of cleaning the whole window inside and out. They were on time and efficient. We highly recommend O'Bros!

O'Bros did a fantastic job washing our windows. We have a lot of windows on our home including six large picture windows, so I felt the price we paid was very fair. I have cleaned the windows many times myself and never came close to getting them as clean as O'Bros. In particular, I had three windows that were badly spotted from sprinkler overspray. I tried to remove the spots but could not. I honestly, thought my only alternatives were to live with the spots or replace them. Fortunately, O'Bros got the spots out and now the windows look great again. I would absolutely recommend O'Bros to anyone.

My windows were considerably cleaner when they were done. They charged a very competitive rate, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. A+ service.

Had old storm windows and fragile screens to work with as building is old. Did a wonderful job and was very professional and personable. Detail oriented, assuring there were no smears or smudges or spots. Many of the windows had paint overflow on them and even removed that well.
