After a few girls, I now have Kris that I love & trust! She does a great job & works with me on some tough areas. Trust is key!! I do not think they do training on cleaning. Kris is just a great cleaning person!

Leza B's did a wonderful job and so much that we will use the service again bi-monthly. Worker is respectful hard worker and does a great job!

I have been using this service for a few years. Over that time I have had a few different cleaners. They have all been very good except one. I spoke with Leza B's regarding the issues and they were very quick to respond and make things right. Whenever I have had a new cleaner, then call in 1-2 days to see how things went and if I was satisfied. When my cleaning days have fallen on a holiday, they are always on top of things and finding out when would be a convenient time to clean that week. I have no complaints with this service. They have superior customer service and I would recommend them to everyone.

I've been using Leza B's for several months now for weekly service. They are very responsive and do a good job. I appreciate that they are willing to work with me on special requests, too.

We have worked with Leza B's for years and have really enjoyed the service. We have had minimal turnover during this time and each cleaner has been a pleasure to work with. Kris has been our cleaner for quite a while and is great. She's on time, works hard, is friendly and loves our cats! Whenever we've had an issue or question, Leza has been very responsive and helpful.

Leza B's Cleaning has been top-notch. They're great with the regular scheduled cleaning and have been very flexible on short notice.

Denise (Manager/worker) is helpful, professional and responsive. Establishing services and expectations are clear from the start. Unfortunately turnover within the company has us on our shed cleaner in three months. Each cleaner has varied in quality from fabulous to fair.

I started using them in May. They charge $33 an hour. They are excellent.

Looked online for a local cleaning service. Ashley comes every other week and does a great job. She is professional, very personable. Our dog loves her dearly too.

Kris is always on time. Asked me how I am doing and very pleasant. She is independent and very efficient. Always let me know if she needs anything and finishes on time. She does a great job. The sink is always sparkling when she's done!

She did everything I expected, even exceeded my expectations. I plan to use this company every time for my buyers and sellers. They love the service.

It went well. It took a lot longer (5.5 hours) the first time since I hadn't been able to clean for awhile The cleaning should take approx 2.5 hours total. Went through the house together, showed where the supplies were and to use my supplies. I received a call the next day asking how everything went, which was just fine. It's nice to have follow-up and this has been done more than once. They continue to work around our schedules to make it easier for all of us.

They are very friendly and thorough. They are very flexible and very accommodating.

I am gone during the day when the house cleaner comes. I leave a note if I have specific instructions to do. These instructions are accomplished usually with a note.

My main complaint is with the unreliability of service. Twice in the half-dozen times I've used this service, the person they sent to clean was extremely late and therefore couldn't finish the job in the time I had contracted (did not stay until my expectations were met). The worst was last Christmas. I was hosting both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at my house and our family was leaving the day after Christmas Day for vacation, so I made an appointment for someone to come and do a deep clean so I could focus on cooking, gifts, packing, etc. The maid was a no-show, and Leza wasn't able to find anyone else to fill her place, so I was left less than 24 hours before hosting two days of festivities at my house with no help to clean. HUGE disappointment, and Leza only offered me a shallow apology...no discount for future business or to send someone to clean for me after the holidays...nothing. Bottom line: DO NOT count on this company to come through when you really need them. You'll be disappointed.

Leza's team rocks! Brad comes to my home once a week now for "up keys" We started out with my days after I rented my house for a year. She focused on each problem spot- including organizing the pantry- until day to day was that was necessary. I lover her flexibility, reasonable price and pay, and customer some follow up. Quick responses always and Leza personally inspects her dreamers work.

I've used them every week since November. I believe they charge me $30.00 per hour which seems pretty pricey. They do a nice job. I've had the same person each time and she has grown accustomed to how I like my home cleaned. I give them high marks on everything. They communicate well and do a good job. In the end the price is worth it because she does in three hours what it would take me a couple days to do.

They come in, start cleaning right away, and don't sit until the job is done. They always do a nice job.

Shows up on time, and works hard to finish in 6 hours.

Missy cleans our house once a month. She spends 3 and a half hours cleaning and always arrives early. Cleaning is done well and we are very satisfied.
