Description of Work: This was an apt. move-out. The place wasn't terribly dirty but it was extremely dust and walls needed a really good wipe and the baseboards were pretty bad. The young lady that came was earlier. I am sorry I don't remember her name but I wish I did. She came in like a whirlwind! Ready to work and boy did she! The job she did was WONDERFUL!! Example, this was new construction, brand new renovation, I lived there a year and a half and when she finished it looked like it did when I moved in! I would recommend Leza's cleaning to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Description of Work: I called them at the last minute to clean a rental home that we were moving from; they called back the same day and had two people come to clean that same week. They were polite, prompt and very thorough. The house was cleaner than when we moved in! I only wish we were still living in the area so we could have used them for our regular cleaners. A+

I felt like I could trust her. She used to work for two hours and charged us per hour. The company was very professional and trustworthy. They did a good job. They were excellent overall. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreI met with the cleaner for a quote - she went through the house thoroughly, all the while taking notes and answering my questions. Leza called me with 2 quotes, one including full washdown of all the walls. Both quotes were much more reasonable (by 100's) than the others I'd received and there was no pressure to accept or go with the higher quote. She sent a team of 2 (including the employee who met with me prior) on a Saturday (which was imoprtant to me). Scheduling was flexible to meet my needs. I stopped by in the afternoon that the cleaning was taking place. The team had already been working for several hours and the place looked great. I felt badly, because the AC wasn't on and all the windows were closed and it was HOT in the house. I told them I was sorry and would turn on the air, or at least open windows, but because the cleaning was almost complete, they said not to worry about it. They worked hard, despite the heat. My new house looked and smelled amazing after they finished. I didn't have to do even the tiniest bit of cleaning when I moved in, which says a lot because I'm pretty particular about cleanliness.
Description of Work: Move-in cleaning - vaccuum carpeting, scrub hard floors, clean/disinfect bathroom and kitchen surfaces including cabinets (inside and out) and appliances (inside, out and under), clean light fixtures and ceiling fans. The cleaners wiped down the walls where ever they thought necessary.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them has been good. They have been here three or four times. They do a lot more than my previous house keeper. I would recommend her and use her again. The price is per hour. They can bring their own supplies, but then they increase the price by 3 dollars.
