Worked as a sub for him on a project. Bought materials for his job. Removed concrete for him and hauled in class 5 and never got paid.

Bryan Kauffman: Owner of the company, is not a man of his word, Don't trust him.. Hired him for 30k of work to be done, and he gave us a 5 year Warranty. Bryan Poured a patio for us, had 3 different cracks in it, within the first month, He promised he would fix them, Never did, and won't return calls Bryan did some landscaping for us, Never buried the Drain Tile, just put dirt over it. He laid fabric and rock, had roughly 4 inches of dirt between the fabric and rock.. We have to Hire new people to redo it all. Bryan Does not show up when he says he will, if he even shows up Don't pay this guy!!! If you do you will never see him again!!! K & M Constructions is terrible!!

Bryan completed the pour for concrete sidewalk, stairs, apron, and patio but he did not return as promised to fix an issue with the concrete or to seal the concrete. It was agreed to in writing that the concrete would be sealed. He also said he would fix the area of concrete that did not set correctly but he hasn’t returned to do the work. He is non responsive to messages. He has not refunded me for the incomplete work.
