 + -1 moreStill mid-process but I have confidence that John will be able to Plug in the parts we ordered, and it will once again be functioning beautifully.
Description of Work: My new hot tub has been damaged by a lightning strike and the only thing that would light up was the bluetooth sound system. The control panel is completely non-functional. John came out on short notice and analyzed the problem (need to replace the control box) checking all the fuses and a number of other power points. He then called the factory and arranged for the parts right there on the spot. As soon as they arrive, John will install them for me.

 + -1 moreCan you say awesome! I thought I had this major repair and he just fixed what needed to be fixed. What's more is he came back for a small service item just to finish taking care of the customer! This is the guy I'll say "I know a guy" when spa repair/service comes up!!!
Description of Work: Fixed my spa gasket leak, fixed my air mixer thing gasket, fixed my other leaky valve thing a ma jig. Spa no longer leaks. I'd been having to add water every 4 days or so through the winter and it was getting taxing!
