 + 0 moreGene responded almost immediately to my first email inquiry, which resulted in a meeting at my home to view our basement space. He asked great questions in order to determine our needs and was able. He was able to offer several options and ideas while there and was also able to give opinions as to what changes would meet code or not. I was pleasantly surprised when Gene sent me two versions of plans within days of our meeting. The drawings are thorough and will greatly help in my quest to get estimates from contractors.
Description of Work: Designed and created construction drawings for finishing a basement adding a bathroom, bedroom and family room area.

Description of Work: Gene Klatt, Came out on time. Measured things up for a major kitchen remodel in County Club. Listen to what I wanted to do. He came through with the plans as promised and agreed to follow up until plans approved. Very reasonably price and knows his stuff. I was referred by a friend but he also advertises on craigslist.
