"We had Jeff come out to help with our furnace issue. He was the first to respond via Angie’s list. Unfortunately he was not forthcoming about not being a furnace guy. He quoted me $150 to come out, and then charged my husband $350. He was in our home for 20 minutes, and reset the thermostat. The issue persisted and I called to ask what the $350 charge was for. He explained the thermostat settings were off. We proceeded to call CenterPoint for an emergency visit, and then had a licensed HVAC technician come out to service the furnace. Turned out it was a dirty sensor that we could have fixed ourselves, had we known. Unfortunately, our experience was that Jeff is incapable and scammed us. Glad to hear others had more positive experiences, but we will not be using his services again."
