Neil Abel offered water heater brand choices, costs and his opinion during phone discussion. We selected the heater he recommended. Neil installed the heater the following day and removed our replaced heater, all for the lump sum price quoted. He arrived when scheduled, worked promptly to do a perfect installation, collected payment and left. I could not be more pleased.

Others talked about replacing my water heater. He told me it didn't need replacing just repair. I was glad.

Abel showed up when stated, assessed the situation, swapped out my old water heater which was 15+ years old and had run its course. We talked about models, tank sizes, options, he had brought the exact one I needed on the truck, in-out done! Would highly recommend Abel Plumbing and will use Home Advisor for my next big project for sure!

I contacted Neil on Thursday and he made time for me the following Monday. Scheduling was flexible and he confirmed the appointment when he was on the way (and he arrived at 1:59 for a 2:00 scheduled time)! 1.5 hours to install a new kitchen faucet and completely re-do nasty old plumbing under sink. He also fixed a dripping PVC connection on another sink. I supplied the new faucet (which had a different sized fitting than the existing) - total was $230 for all parts ($65) and labor ($165). Sight unseen, he had estimated $200 for just the visit when I set up the appointment, not including parts. Very clean and efficient work. Plumbing is one of those things I COULD do myself if I had time, all of the supplies and proper tools, but I don't... I will call Abel Plumbing again if I need plumbing services! I considered the project to be a good investment.

He called and came out within an hour to repair our leaking pipe. Was quick and efficient, and very knowledgeable. Also noticed our water heater was leaking, and offered to install new one, but without pressure. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Great experience. I received a prompt call from Neil in response to my inquiry. I hired him to install two master bath faucets. We set a time and date for the job, he called the night before to confirm the time and he arrived on time for the appointment. He did a great job with the installation and confirmed with me that the installation met my expectations. He is a super nice guy and will be my "go-to" plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
