Description of Work: Very prompt response to my email and visit to my house. Services rendered were for house inspection and to remove access by bats to 3rd floor attic. Very pleased with technicians who came to the house-friendly and informative.

Description of Work: Victor removed 12 raccoons. This process took several trips. He was professional, explained the process, and was efficient. My raccoon problem is solved. Given the work and number of trips involved, I consider the price reasonable.

Description of Work: Had carpenter ants in 3 season porch. They put poison down and it seems to have gotten rid of the ants. |

Description of Work: Found that a mouse had entered the house. Wayne came out and found the entry point by the air conditioner and sealed the entry point. Wayne also went through the house and looked outside to find any other potential entry points. After sealing the entry points, Wayne placed bait stations outside the house to reduce the rodent population to avoid future problems. No other rodents were caught or found, so the service was a success! Wayne came back a few months later to pick up his bait stations and make sure everything was still good. I recommend their services and will call them again if I have any more problems.

Description of Work: Mike came out and found the holes where animals were getting into our house. He live trapped a bunch of red squirrels, chipmunks and mice. Once he felt certain they were all out of the house, he fixed the holes and worked on the overhangs.

Description of Work: Repeated visits to get squirrels from roof. To take down trap pre-snowstorm and reinstall. Sealed off squirrel's entryway. Professional and friendly throughout. |Definitely will call him with any future pest problems.

Description of Work: We had a racoon in our chimney. I phoned and they did send out a person the same day but the person that showed up had broken tools of poor quality and wasn't carrying the trap he needed to capture the racoon if and when it came out that night. I was told they only had one such trap and they weren't allowed to carry it in case one of the other employees needed it. He would have had to go back to the "shop" to get it. I decided they weren't the right people to do the job. I called the next day and the owner did wave any fee that would have been charged so I do have to say I was treated fairly when I came to that. I might consider this company in the future but I would get a lot more "specifics" over the phone before they came out.
