Description of Work: They took the $209 for the rodent removal and exclusion deal for rats. They found an apparent entry site and monitored it for a couple weeks without catching anything. Then, they closed it up and charged $99 additionally. | |They insisted that it wasn't worth looking in the garage or attic. | |I still hear rodents in the wall, so at best there is just one fewer site for additional animals to come in, at quite a hefty price.

Description of Work: Had flying squirrel in the attic. They were able to diagnose the problem and set up live traps, etc in the access hole. It turned out that the squirrel was outside the house at the time (I observed the squirrel trying to get into the trap for the bait from the outside). They then repaired the access hole and problem solved.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in our soffits on a 2 story roof. They set 2 traps and baited/checked them daily and left updates. They ended up catching 5 squirrels! They also give the option to have them live released at least 10 miles away and across at least one major body of water. Guilt free squirrel removal. Very professional.

Description of Work: Trapped and removed 4 squirrels from my 2nd story and took away another squirrel who had died before he started work for me. Very professional and explained everything to me as well as making a referral for someone to replace some roof vents that were damaged.

Description of Work: Mouse/rodent prevention. Surveyed the home and plugged some areas that the mice may have been using. Placed some traps and we haven't seen any mice since.

Description of Work: They came out to take care of some squirrels that invaded our shed. They found the entry point and got rid of the squirrels and covered the holes to stop any from coming back. Great work.

Description of Work: Inspected house for mice. Installed 4 mice homes and blocked an entrance by the air conditioner to prevent mice coming in again...had an upcharge for additional services and left without showing where the mouse houses were located? Chris was very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: My FIL had chipmunks in his house. He wanted them live-trapped. They provided good service, setting traps and returning to check them. He also did an inspection of the house to find the entrance points. When the chipmunks returned within thirty days the service also returned to trap them again. The house has been chipmunk-free for a couple months now

Description of Work: They called in advance to confirm the 2 hour service window. Wayne showed up on time, very professional, performed the service and informed me of options which we will have done.

Description of Work: Inspected the outside & inside of the house to identify vulnerable spots for critters to get in. They inspected the attic to make sure there weren't critters up there. Sealed a few spots and checked the traps that were already placed.

Description of Work: Thought the service purchased through Angie's list was to remove a squirrel or chipmunk from the interior of my home. They stated it was for rodent control and place mouse bait on the corners of the exterior of the house. They placed trap cages around the house and caught chipmunks on the exterior of the home for a bounty of $79 each. I caught a red squirrel myself in the interior of the home. That ended the problem. They did perform a visual inspection of areas a rodent could get into the home. However each possible hole had a fee to be closed. Estimated additional service recommendations were an additional $900.
