Description of Work: I have had a woodpecker problem on my house since I bought it, I am working to get it completely fixed but they were very helpful in fixing the hole and giving advice on what to do. I actually just had them out again to check for wasps and do some extra preventative measures.

Description of Work: I had flying ants in my house and the nice exterminator sprayed the outside and inside of my house...but the ants were still in another area...up in the light socket or crawl space. It was a costly job and he did climb on a ladder to do the first treatment...I'm not sure if it was worth the cost though because I still have carpenter ants after 2 treatments.

Description of Work: The process took quite a while, partly due to the weather. It was probably a bit more expensive than I had anticipated.

We haven't had issues yet but not sure if that's because the hole they patched was the entrance or because they placed bait stations around our house and the weather is nicer. We will know more in the fall. I thought their per-rat-caught fee was high, especially since the smelly cheese they use could draw them into the house.

Description of Work: I purchased their deal for a "Rodent Management Program" and was very unsatisfied with the fine print of what they offered and their actual service. I had been catching mice around our house and kept hearing them running around on the drop ceiling of our basement, so I wanted someone to come in. | |The technician came to do the assessment and lay bait stations, but the real need is to patch holes where the mice may be coming in and out. The deal only includes repairing ONE potential entrance. They were going to charge an additional $75 or so PER OPENING for them to come back and repair, but they aren't able to actually make the repairs with any aesthetics-- just plug the holes so they can't get in or chew through. Rather than paying them lots of extra money above and beyond the deal (which I thought would cover things), I repaired the gaps pointed out in the assessment. He put out 5 bait stations in our house too, but we still have mice running around, and you can hear them run straight past where the bait stations are. | |We still have a mouse problem...
