We reluctantly agreed with the quote from the company because we were desperate to end the scratching that was keeping us up all night. Though the technician would come out to service our issue once a week, costs continued to rise and our bat problem never got resolved. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about credit card charges, the person we spoke with over the phone was impersonable and lacked customer service skills. Least to say, we stopped doing business with them.

I called in the morning and was able to get sevice the same day. One note would be to get a quote for the work before they do it. I was supposed to get an estimate but they just did the work (after the initial inspection). I was a bit surprised at the amount but I had to get the job done and I did not get any other estimate. I think it was probably fair, especially if it works. I had no idea of what this type of service costs before I did it. They did not have a price list.

The whole process went very smoothly.

I thought I had a squirrel in my attic but it turned out to be mice. We had an eagle assaulting on a rabbit making the noise but we thought it is the squirrel but they found that it was a mice issue and they hit it and filled up some cracks. The guy from Wildlife Management Services Inc. was prompt and explained things really well, so I was happy with it. The poison takes a while before it gets rid of the mice and now we don't hear them anymore.

Wildlife Management Services Inc has removed squirrels from our ceiling. They were excellent. They came out and informed me about the squirrels and how to solve the problem.

I called another Angie's pest control company who referred me to Wildlife Management based on sounds in my chimney. Wildlife quoted a minimum of $249. They were prompt and checked the chimney from both inside and outside. They confirmed a nest of young swifts. Since the birds are federally protected, they returned three weeks later to remove the nest after the young birds had left. They checked the house for any other wildlife entry points and gave me a quote on four precautionary recommendations. I had the chimney capped and a stove vent screened. I felt the technician was very knowledgeable---the prices a bit high.

Work was done well and quickly. They also identified other areas that we may want to address in the future.

While trying to catch rabbits in our backyard we ended up catching a raccoon in the live trap. My husband contacted Wildlife Management Services and was told that someone would get back to him shortly. We were surprised that someone would call back since it was Labor Day. After an hour my husband called again, and was told this time that they would be out the next business day to remove the raccoon. Tuesday morning my husband called again and was told that someone would indeed be out between 3:00 and 5:00 that day. We were very happy to see Andy at about 4:00 that day. He quickly opened one of their traps and got the raccoon to relocate into their trap for removal. I was amazed. I think it took my husband far longer to clean-up the cage and put it away than it took Andy to do what he did.

They were very responsive and came out everyday to check the traps. They were flexible on the cost. They did a good job and were very prompt. They were also very responsive.

They came over the next day and set traps. I asked them to move the traps to a different location and they did. They did a complete assessment of the house, offering many services that we did not select or ask them to bid on but this was ok with us.

They set traps for the squirrels and returned at least 4 times to remove trapped squirrels and reset traps, leaving us a status update each time. They ensured that all animals were gone and when there was no more activity, they repaired the entry points. They guarantee their work for at least a year and charge a flat rate (others charge extra for each animal trapped). They were very reliable and we were pleased with the service.

The company responded the same day I called and did a thorough examination of my home to find the place where the raccoons were getting into my attic. They found three places on my roof where they could have gotten in and set live-traps to try and catch the raccoons, and make sure there weren't any still in the attic. They came back every weekday to check the traps and after not catching any for 10 days they sealed the openings on the roof. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the many ways raccoons can make it into attics, and I felt they really knew their business. They did a nice job sealing the roof openings and I have not had a problem since.

They were responsive and set live traps. They were able to get two in the first round and then came back after we heard another one. They got the third one about a week later and only charged us the per animal removal fee. They looked around and gave us suggestions on how to be sure there were no others under the deck. I didn't compare the prices so I am not sure if the price is higher than others.

I called Wildlife Management on a Saturday not sure if I could get service on a week-end, but Matt came out later that day. We were provided an estimate. He completed work exactly as described to us in writing and verbally. We are very happy with service provided.

This quickly added up with multiple squirrels and traps possibly catching other exterior squirrels, not infesting the house. We cut the work short, due to the quickly accumulating charges and sent payment by check, within one day of receipt of their final invoice. Unfortunately, the check was not received and the company quickly sent the invoice to a collection agency, without making us aware of the problem. Overly, aggressive and the proposed work was incredibly overpriced.

There was a dead animal underneath the far side of our wrap-around front porch. It smelled, and our porch started to fill with flies. We are in the process of selling, so we needed to have the animal removed and the flies gone ASAP. Wildlife Management was able to send someone out that same day, in time to treat for the flies before an open house we were having that weekend. Unfortunately, our porch has a very small crawl-space, and they were unable to remove the dead animal at that time. They sent someone (a smaller someone) out on Monday to remove the animal. They were extremely conscientious about follow-up, and were very patient as we continued to have problems with the flies after the animal was removed. In all, they came out four times for a single service fee, and were unfailing helpful and accommodating about the entire situation.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. The initial inspection was done on a Monday and the report detailed numerous items of concern. Andy helped me to prioritize them and agreed to complete the work I authorized by the end of the week. When the situation escalated (i.e. more mice in the house) in the following days, I called back and another employee came that same day to do the repairs. Both men that I dealt with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the subject of critter control.

They were very professional and did great job. They had a variety of traps to use and kept coming out until the problem was solved. They were very persistent which I appreciated.

They were slow to finish the work until pushed. They did not always come when they said they would. They accidentally charged the credit card after getting a check. The owner was reluctant to look into it, but once they did, they took care of it and apologized.

The company called to let me know when they would be doing the work and they kept their appointments. They let me know what they had done after they'd finished. We had a bit of miscommunication at the start but Joe, the owner, helped to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TO THE POINT. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE AND THAT IS THE PRICE I PAID. I WOULD CONTACT THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THE TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE COMPANY BEFORE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY CAME OUT ABOUT 5 OR 6 TIMES MORE TO CHECK THE TRAPS, AND MOVE TRAPS. ONCE I HAD TO SHOW THEM WHERE FRESH ACTIVITY WAS, WHICH THEY HAD MISSED. THEY NEVER DID CATCH ANY OF THE MOLES. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY, AND WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY PLACED TRAPS AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO SEAL ALL POTENTIAL ENTRANCES INTO OUR SOFFITS. WE HIRED THEM FOR THE REMOVAL, BUT DID NOT PROCEED WITH SEALING ENTRANCES, AS WE PLAN ON A MAJOR TEAROFF OF OUR ROOF AND SOFFITS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. FEELS EXPENSIVE FOR SETTING TRAPS AND REMOVING A TOTAL OF 3 SQUIRRELS, BUT I'M NEW TO THIS. MAYBE THAT'S NORMAL.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND ON TIME. THEY ACTUALLY DIDN'T DO ALL THE WORK RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY BUT THEY KEPT ME INFORMED AS TO WHEN THEY COULD COME.
