I wish I could have had video running when that squirrel ran up one of Scott's legs and down the other trying to get away, but he managed to trap both of them and get them outside where they belong. Same-day service, very friendly *and* entertaining. Recommended!

I was very satisfied with their services. They did a really good job and I would use them again.

They check the traps everyday. The way it works is rather interesting. I recommend them if you have a problem with pests.

They are very good. We had squirrels and bats. They were very good at getting rid of both. They did a full service thing, to make sure the squirrels didn't get in. It was guaranteed for a year. They came back 3 or 4 times, to ensure everything was working and sealed. They were very knowledgeable. They were very responsive. Once, they came and they put 6 traps on top of the house. The policy was that they would come back if you called that there was a squirrel in them. In less than a half hour, there was another squirrel. He came back and got it. That was nice because they only have to come back once a day.

I was pleased with the work that Wildlife Management Services did for us.

The man who came out was very patient and really knew what he was doing. He first tried ant traps knowing that we have pets and would rather not have to use spray. When that didn't work he came back out and reassessed the situation. He did an inspection and found some issues around our roof that we would not have known about if he wasn't so thorough. He was on time and very efficient.

They arrived promptly, got the squirrels out of the attic within a week with no mess or fuss, and fixed the entrance the squirrels had made. I was very pleased with the way they worked, and that I knew going in what it would cost. I'd use them again.

I had been hearing sporadic and infrequent scratching noises in a small enclosed crawl space in an upstairs bedroom. I had contacted another company prior to contacting Wildlife Management Services. As the other company continued to try and discover an entry point of the critter in my roof, additional charges were continuing to be charged to me as they were having trouble locating the point of entry into my attic. This went on for almost three months. I decided to contact Wildlife Management Services after reading reviews on the internet. When I contacted Wildlife Management Services, the technician mentioned that they had a special offer on Angie's List. After my joining fee, the amount I paid for the initial service special, was still less than Wildlife Management's service fee for the service I was purchasing. This made me confident I was getting a good deal; getting the service I wanted and joining Angie's list at the same time. It took a few weeks of monitoring my home to find out what was entering my attic. The entry point was found, a bat door was installed to make certain if anything was in my roof, that it could exit, and the entry area in the dormer was properly sealed and other potential problem areas were sealed as well. I am very pleased with the service I was provided.

I called, initially, at 9 pm because I had just discovered mice coming into my basement by my air conditioner. I expected to leave a message. A real person answered the phone! He understood my problem, explained why it was happening there and told me that they could be out the next day to investigate and fix the problem. They were on time, cheerful, cleaned out the mess and patched up the hole permanently. They did the job perfectly! He told me what I needed to do to prevent more episodes like this and let me know about their other services. I received a follow up call two weeks later making sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend these folks and I will call them again if we have any more needs related to pest control! Thank you, Wildlife Management!

We purchased a one-time pest control treatment on a Big Deal. Andy came to spray for the box elder bugs that LOVED the south side of our house (ie front door) on sunny days. He was friendly and professional and kind to my children. He even pulled a caged raccoon from the back of his truck that he'd caught from someone's attic and set it on the driveway for my kids to look at through the fence. They were thrilled! Before he left, I asked how long the treatment would be effective and he said about 30 days. I asked if this one-time treatment would take care of the bugs. He said it should, but that if I noticed them still hanging around after a few days, to call and he'd come and spray them again. They were substantially less after a few days, but some were still hanging on. I called again, and they sent him out the next day, free of charge. He again was very friendly, quick, and efficient. Since then, the bugs are gone. Thanks, Andy!!

I have used them several times over several years because we have a field mice problem. I had them out yesterday and they inspected the garage. They located holes where mice have chewed to gain access to our walls. They filled up the holes but I'm not sure what the price is since my husband paid them.

I will grade them all A's. I would absolutely use them again. They did that great of a job.

We found them on Angie's list. He was running a special. The guy was super and very nice. He knew what to put where. He just took care of it. He was here on time. I thought the price was very good.

I called to set up a raccoon exorcism and the woman I spoke to was very friendly and answered all my questions fully. As I was trying to set up the service I mentioned I would be using the 10% off coupon they have posted here on Angies list, she stated they only offer that discount on the initial call fee (about $229) and not on any other work done. My neighbor used them and gave me a copy of his invoice for trapping a squirrel and the fees after the initial service are substantial (in his case an additional $700 to patch holes in the soffit, relocate the squirrel, etc). Their coupon clearly states 10% off any services but they will not honor it so I went elsewhere.

They have been to my home a couple times to trap some squirrels that were in my roof. Their staff was good and courteous. I will use their services again in the future.

I liked the service that they provided. I thought they did a really good job. They took care of the problem.

I would call him and he would come out in two or three hours. He patched the holes so they didn't get back in again.

Matt came as promised on the day I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He guessed (correctly it turned out) that the intruder was a squirrel, based on the hours when the animal was active (scratching sounds). He also looked over the exterior of the house for other possible animal-access spots. He told us in writing what it would cost for doing the overall job, for removing each animal caught, and for screening the hole if we wanted him to do that. He also told us in writing what it would cost to have them fix the other access spots he found. We elected not to do the other stuff. (There was no sales pressure on the other stuff, just a FYI and estimate; we are glad to have the info and will probably follow up on it later.) He set and baited two traps and left paper stuffed in the hole to indicate whether the animal was going in and out. He returned daily to check on things and re-bait the traps (except over the weekend, when he locked the trap doors open). On the third or fourth day, a squirrel was caught in the trap. He removed the squirrel for release elsewhere, reset the traps and paper stuffing again for another day to make sure there wasn't another animal involved, and finally returned and screened the hole. He charged a flat amount for the job and extra amounts for removing the one animal and for screening the hole. We thought that the prices were fair and reasonable. We were told up front what the costs were; there were no surprises. A good experience.

I called several pest/animal control providers because I heard scratching and skittering in my 2nd-story walls. Wildlife Management impressed me with their prompt and professional response. This was to be the case throughout my interaction with them. Andy completed a very thorough inspection of the exterior of my home. I believe there was a nominal fee (less than $100) for this inspection which was applied to the overall cost. It was worthwhile as I learned what spots I DIDN'T need to worry about. I also learned that my unwelcome guests were most likely squirrels. This proved to be true as we caught 3 of them in live traps set on my roof. The total estimate to seal every entry point came to approx $1500 which I was not prepared to spend. With Andy's help, I was able to narrow it down to the most likely spot and I authorized the work. Andy screened 3 roof vents ($237) and caught and transported 3 squirrels (@ $65). I have not had any trouble in my walls since then.

I liked them very much. I especially liked their reliability; they came when they said they would come. They came every day to check the traps until the raccoons were caught and then they came back to follow up to check that there were not any more raccoons. They did a great job capping the chimney. I was very pleased. The money they quoted was for getting the animals and making sure they had them all. There were not any additional costs. The price was good for the service I received. I would definitely use them again.

They showed me where there was a big hole at the back of my house through which the animals were getting through. The guy was really nice because I told him that he could take my Black Friday money so he was nice enough to show me how to patch the hole myself. It was fine. He showed me where the shrews were getting through. I will use him again. Price wise it seemed a little expensive for him to just look around the house but apparently I could not find it on my own. As for responsiveness he came out the same day.

I've spent ages trying to keep mice out of my house. Andy from Wildlife Management Services came out and performed an extremely thorough exam inside and outside of my house. He showed me various areas that are problems, or could be problems in the future. I was then provided with an itemized list of things they could do for me, from treating for the existing mice, to installing a new dryer vent, to screening the entire foundation of my house. It was simple for me to select from this list the items that fit my budget and that I felt like would take care of my problem. Andy was very helpful. My biggest issue was the steel siding of my house, which was installed years ago right over some other siding. This left gaps, and potential entry points for mice around the entire foundation of my house. Andy used a mirror to show me a bunch of places where mice were coming in my house. He ended up using a screening under the bottom of my siding, attaching it to the house. It isn't even visible, but clearly will prevent mice from climbing up under the siding again. I really appreciated the helpfulness and high level of professionalism!

They were prompt and courteous, and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would recommend them to anyone with a mole or pest problem.
