Their salesman was very knowledgable, and gave us common sense information. Gave us a lot of options that we are looking into. On the expensive side, but worth it.

Set traps outside house to catch mice before they came in. I set traps in the house and was doing 1-2 mice per day for a week before they arrived. After they set their external traps there were no more mice in the house. They continue to monitor for a season and stopping the service was no problem.

Excellent. Matt called to set up a time. He got here a bit early and completed the exterior before I arrived. Came in when I got home and completed the job. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions.

They were very quick and very personable. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was all good. We thought the price was fair.

They came to my home and removed squirrels in my overhang. They had a way to see if the squirrels were still there by placing newspapers and traps in the overhang. They came out several times to check on the issue. They were able to resolve the problem. However, it cost me a little more than $75.

It went ok. The only issue I had was the balloon to deter woodpeckers blew away and I had to pay for another because the warranty had expired.

Their work was fine. Customer service is good.

Their work went well. They didn't charge any additional for it. I think we just felt that they were thorough and did a good job.

Called in the Morning for something jumping around in my fireplace. 6 hours later Matt arrived and removed the bird from my fireplace then checked all the possible ways and places it could get in or nest. He than offered estimates with the likely hood of it happening.

They had great service and we feel like they would be good for other people looking to use them.

This is our second review. When the bat door was installed a gutter was knocked loose. The technician told us repair work on gutter was completed when it was not. Our first review prompted Matt to call to rectify the problems. Apologies were made, repair work completed. We are now happy. He will reinspect our attic for bat activity and disinfect it this spring. Wildlife Management has proven they will take care of problems with unhappy customers and make things right.

After scheduling an appointment with their expert he called the very next morning prior to coming out. As we spoke on the phone about the issue we had with some boxelder bugs he explained that during the winter he would not be able to fully inspect the outside of the house. He didn't want us to pay for services he was not able to provide at ths time. He gave us other very useful inexpensive ideas to help us with our issue. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and profressional. Although he said he could still come out to spray if we would like and that would help quite a bit. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. And although we did not use their services at this time we will certainly look forward to using them in the future. All of our questions were answered and although no money was exchanged at this point we were made to feel like valued customers.

Called Wildlife based on their rating/reviews. They were responsive and were able to come out within a day. The tech quickly found the point of entry and sealed it up (a place we would have NEVER found on our own). Bait stations were also put in place as an extra-security measure. We have not had another mouse in the house!

Wildlife Management Services Inc services ran from August to December. The first thing they did well was that I called about a different problem, which was that we were getting a crazy number of house flies in our house. I called a couple of different places and they said we don't do that. These were the first service to say If you have house flies, you have them because something died. So you have a rodent problem. They came out and checked it out and sure enough that was what it was. A mouse had crawled in to a vent and died. So they found those. They diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for everything they recommended. They broke it all down so I could choose what I wanted and didn't want them to do. Then they got the work done, and there is a quarterly plan where they check the traps and make sure they are full of poison, so they did a nice job with it. The only issue I had with it was that I thought the pricing was a little confusing. In the end I paid exactly what I thought I was going to be paying, but it was a little confusing how we got there. They were responsive, they called me back and came when they said they'd come. For professionalism, the guys that came were a little rough. They smelled like they worked on rodent issues - grooming not their strong suit! I am continuing to use them because of the quarterly management.

Efficient, on time and professional.

Renters called and informed me of wasp problem. I contacted them and within two days they had an estimate to me and had taken care of the problem.

As well as can be expected.

It went very well, they not only got rid of the chipmuncks in a timely, humane fashion but they were reliable and easy to work with.

The ants have not been a problem since he came.

We saw a mouse in the house and decided we needed to call a professional. The work was easy to schedule and the professional arrived on time. He performed a very thorough inspection of the house and found a few possible entry points. One of the entry points was sealed. He checked the attic and found signs of mice -- including mousebait left by the previous homeowner. He placed bait stations around the house and then wrote up a deailed -- but expensive -- plan to seal and treat the entire home. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The bait has proven very effective and we have had no signs of mice since. However, I thought the price for completing all of the sealing work was too high. We will look to get other estimates in the Spring.

The main value I received from using this service was a series of intelligent discussions about the habits of the groundhog and the unlikelihood that it would dig very far under the ground. I did not call this service back in the spring because I believed that my problem had been solved. I believe that I can adequately address this situation on my own from here on out.

I actually was not there, so I am not sure how it went, but I can say they were really good about scheduling and I even was not there the first time they came and then I was able to reschedule months later when it worked better.

It went well overall. He gave me an estimate of all the things I should do to keep the mice out. To do everything he recommended it was going to cost over $2000.00. I was real upset about that as I did not have the money to proceed further. I decided to see if the poison would resolve the problem. He did not comment either way when I informed him I would not have any further services performed at that time. I felt he should have been more forthcoming in informing me if the bait boxes would do a good job of eradicating the mice without having further expense that day. He did not pressure me in any way to have the extra services performed, fortunately. Also, after the exterminator left I started worrying that my 2 dogs might get into the poison. He knew I had the dogs as they greeted him enthusiastically upon his arrival. He never explained if these bait boxes were safe for my dogs. I did not think to question him about this before he left as I was upset about the cost of further service if it became necessary. I surveyed the perimeter of the house with the dogs in tow. They did not show any interest in the boxes of poison, so I just closely monitored them for several days. So, now 5 weeks later there has has not been any incidents of the dogs getting the bait. I plan to call Wildlife Management Services at the end of December to have them refill the bait boxes as they have been very effective. I would also like to get 2 more of the bait boxes to put around the garage as the mice have gone wild in there also. I have an outside cat that I feed in the garage. The mice went crazy this summer stealing the cat food and hiding it in the tool bags and the shelves out in the garage. If the exterminator had been forthcoming with me regarding how effective the bait boxes would be without the extra services being performed and educated me about the safety of my 2 dogs with the poison bait boxes on the ground I would have given an excellent 5 star rating. But due to those 2 neglected areas, I will only rate them as good or 4 stars.
