We called them for pest control on our rental house so I never met them face to face. We had a mouse infestation which they handled competently. They were not able to do the work for the price of The Big Deal. They wanted $900.00 to do the work which was way out of our budget.

I called for service on 9/20/13 and spoke with an Andy. He set up service to come out at 8:30am on 9/23/13. Andy asked me not to purchase the deal on Angie's list but he would honor the same price. On the morning of 9/23/13, I received a call from Wildlife Management services stating I was out of their range and wouldn't be honoring the appointment. He wanted to know who set up the appointment. I informed him I spoke with Andy. He said Andy denied ever talking to me. Very unprofessional.

Very professional. Great initial deal to have the house evaluated. On-going costs are rather pricey to have traps refilled.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They solved the problem. There were no extra charges for the initial services. There were extra charges to do additional work. They were very proficient at finding where they were coming in. I didn't compare their prices. It cost a little bit every time I have to bring them back. They came back in the spring and plugged up the spots where the mice were coming in and set more bait. Each time there was a charge.

Oops...I think I spelled it all out above. The service provider was very courteous and prompty, but like I said, I think it cost too much for what I received. I have since paid a friend to scrape away the junk the used and seal the openings in a nicer way, so I really paid twice for some of what was done. Update: Wildlife Management contacted me after this review. They offered to pay for the cost of the product my friend used to seal the openings in a cleaner/nicer way. I didn't take them up on that simply because it hadn't cost me that much, but it showed they cared about the review and what I thought of the company..

I was not very happy with the worl. There were several upcharges, and he wanted to schedule continuing pest control services with me. Ultimately, they never got rid of the mice.

Estimator arrived at time an on date promised. Services cost price estimated on phone. Provider could not complete job when he was out first time and promised to return following week. We had to call to remind them to come back to finish.

The technician came out on time and treated our home for a box elder problem in the basement. At first I was concerned that he wasn't putting enough chemical on the inside of the house, but he quickly explained to me that he didn't want to put any more chemical inside the home than he had to, and I appreciated that since it was in my daughters bedroom. He finished the job by treating the entire outside perimeter of the home. Since then we haven't had any problems with the box elders. This was a good experience and the technician was polite and informative, plus he had no reservations about talking to me about all of my questions about the service..

They were good. It was better and relaxing than my previous service provider. They were actually very responsive and professional.

We have used their services twice over the past winter for squirrels in our attic. After the first incident was addressed, the squirrels gnawed a new entry point into another area of our attic. Very professional technician. Asked questions, listened, quickly identified the problem, and provided a thorough explanation of the problem and regular status updates. Though it's stressful to see your total price go up for every squirrel they catch, their professionalism and quality of service is top-notch.

I thought the employee was very helpful when he came out. He took the time to walk through the yard with me and explain what was going on. He did not charge extra for filling the holes in my siding.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It went pretty well. They came right away after I bought the coupon. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They did come out everyday which was a nice service. The price was comparative especially for the deal.

The work was follow-up to the main project and was conducted quickly and professionally.

this company is amazing - all people on phone were nice and very knowledgeable about their services. Professionals who came get bat were amazing and caught the bat-my son was here and interested and they were very nice to him and let him watch them when it was safe. They then explained everything they do to encourage bats to leave attic from bat doors, etc. and provided great literature on the value of bats ie killing insects- we have never had another problem but we also felt that they educated our whole family on wild life. ANother thing I really appreciated is that while they offered more levels of wildlife entering your house protection and told us the prices they did not put pressure on us in any way or use fear tactics to get us to buy the highest level service. I loved that about them and we chose the service we could both afford and felt would control our problem. Because of their high level of professionalism, intelligence and respect, we would definitely use them and refer them to friends. They are certainly worthy of Angie's List. The reduced cost to catch bat was $99. The process was quick: captured in a very few minutes The review consisted of identification of problems, suggested remedies and time tables. This review took about 40 minutes or less and cost $200.00, as I recall. I found this service to be very expensive, which is the primary reason I gave them a B. The first item on the list was completed at a reasonable cost and done well. No other items have been done. The company was on time and reliable, but i found the prices to be high in my experience. Will revisit the list in the fall and do some comparison shopping.

We had to specify what type of spray we wanted. We thought they are going to spray a more general type of spray.

Prompt arrival, close monitoring of the premises. yes it took a bit of time to get all the animals, but it was worth it. Six months later and we are having no animal problems.

They came out when we had scheduled it. I would recommend them because the birds haven't gone back in since they were here. We had an air vent in the attic and the mesh had gone, so the birds would go in there and build a nest, so they went up there and replacing it with a metal hardware close and the birds haven't made it back in. I am happy with them.

They have been very good. I called them, they got back to me and let me know I was out of the service area.

The service was great; fast, efficient and friendly. We were a little worried that the house would start to stink with the mice dying in the floor boards etc. but the guy said that the mice just go back to their nest and die there. He was right, it is now early June and there has been no odors of any kind and not a sign of a mouse anywhere.

I ended up spending more than the $239 big deal. I ended up paying about $600. They were very timely and very courteous, and they certainly did what they said they were going to do. However, one thing that did not worked out well was when I was asking about what to do about the mice that we had in our house apparently. They said that they certainly could put out poison. I told them that I prefer not to because I have a two-and-a-half-year-old who was two-year old at that time. I asked if there was anyway that my two-year old would be able to get in to her toys, and they said no. It was about two weeks later that my daughter found something on the floor. I did not think to ask what the poison looked liked. I guess I just felt like that there was absolutely no way my daughter could get into it. I did not even think to ask. I should have. My daughter came walking up the stairs with this something that I had no idea what it was and right away I wondered if it was a mouse poison. I looked online to see what mouse poison looked like, and that is exactly what it was. I called them back and told them that I was currently disappointed in the fact that clearly there was poison on the floor. They said that there would be no poison on the floor, and what they told me was that sometimes the mice move it around and that was expected. Had I known that, I never would have had them put poison in the house. Luckily, my daughter was not hurt, but I do not think that I will be asking them back. That was a horrible experience because that happened with my daughter.

It went really good. We have no complaints.

He sealed one spot and put a bat house on the roof for a week. He returned and took it off. We used the coupon on Angies List.

I was very happy that the animals were not going to be killed. Very professional and helpful, answered all my questions. Additional services seem to be priced rather high but did get the raccoons to leave.
