The provider was very professional and completed the task with no mess.

Well it's been sometime since I purchase it I think it went well. It was a $129 big deal purchase. Probably because that was for them to come out and then they did have some extra charges and they automatically come every 3 months and I mean I kinda shock for a while when they did that. I requested that they come only twice a year or three times a year rather than that many times and the charges now are $179 I think every time they come. The most recent time that they were out to do any work probably within the month. They are courteous and seem to know what they are doing. We had some trouble with squirrels and I think they put some cages or some kind of station or something and when they come back I think they caught one squirrel or something. I don't know if they put any kind of bait or poison or something I'm not sure but out of all that they caught one squirrel. We probably have not much of squirrel problem since then but I think they keep changing the cages or baiting them or something. The only thing I have to say is that seems like the initial cost doesn't seem bad but it does seem a little bit high to have them come back so when they come back it just seems like a little bit higher than I would think it should be or could be. I think they solved our problem.

I was very pleased with the service I got from them. I had a problem with mice in my house during the previous two years. They came out and inspected the exterior of my house and found a couple of patch where mice were getting in. They filled that and I had no mice problems this year. What I liked most about the service was the end result. I would say the price was reasonable. They were very responsive. It was part of the service I purchased that they put some kind of a mouse killer on the four sides of the house and I could have had them removed every three months. I may use them again in the fall to get that service.

Wildlife Management Services seem to have done his job. I haven't seen any mice lately so it might have worked. I'd recommend him, I probably wouldn't tell him that we have mice though.

Service was great, they were able to come out within an hour or so of my call. We thought we were going to have to wait for the critter to be baited and trapped, however, within minutes a squirrel was rescued from our chimney. Apparently it had been trapped for a few days, we thought it was coming and going. Wayne opened our flue and reached up with a granny-go-grabbit, and pulled the squirrel out -- avoided a very stinky mess. Also repaired the chimney cap to be sure no other critters could get back in.

The Angies coupon was for a whole house treatment including the outside perimeter of the house. When making the appointment we were asked if there is anything in particular that we were concerned about so my husband mentioned that we had some ants out in the yard we didn't want coming in the house. The technician did a good job outside, but he never even came into our house to spray. We were expecting to have the inside of the house treated based on the coupon description, but that did not happen. If you have a specific problem you are looking to take care of this company would work well, however if you use an Angies List coupon don't expect your whole house to get treated.

They came and did the agreement or offer that they said they will do. It was a one time thing but I didn't know from the start what the offer entails. I think for the $139 they didn't do that much. I think with what they did, I can do it myself.

They were prompt and efficient and took care of problem and pricing was ok.

My tenant had brought to my attention that there were noises in the ceiling and she had seen a hole in my facia. She and I guessed that a squirrel had found a warm place to live. I contacted Wildlife Management Services and they gave me the scoop on their services and went out the next day. They inspected and set some live squirrel traps in a few places. They checked daily for squirrel, but none were caught. They then determined that the noisemakers were mice. They treated for the mice and we have not had any issues since. The company also recommended and bid out doing several preventative measures that I could take to prevent the problem from happening in the future. This ranged from putting screens over some vents to sealing some holes. I took some of their recommendations and had them do the work.

They will come out every 3 months to reset the bait. So far, superior to Plunkett's.

The servicemen were professional and polite. They arrived at the designated time, and completed all work while I took a few business calls, so I can vouch for their ability to do the work quietly and quickly. They completed the outdoor work of sealing and filling foundation and wood gaps around the perimeter of the house without leaving a mess, as well as placed bait inside the home walls via the pipe and conduit lines in the basement, avoiding the need to drill holes into the ceiling or walls to get to the problem areas (we have a fully finished basement and the critters in question could be heard scratching between the outside walls). They said that it would take apx. 2 weeks for the bait and treatment to fully run its course, and it was true. By Thanksgiving the noises were gone and the dead rodent odor as well (our first tip-off that there was a problem was the odor back in October, then the scratching began). Their suggested plan was that we have an annual service for outdoor baiting and trapping which we will follow through on, come spring. It is now February and we have not had any reoccurrence of noise or smells in the basement - thank God!

I won't use them again. I got them off Angie's List, but was not happy with the experience. They manage wildlife problems, but not people's problems with wildlife. Matt is eager to talk about how he's going to get the work done, but NOT GOOD at listening. Matt came out next day after my call to my rental house--tenants could hear critter noises above their heads. He quickly diagnosed mice, openings in the attic where they could enter, and severe lack of attic insulation. Sent a technician out a few days later (Nov 29) who supposedly fixed attic openings BUT DID NOT DO THE MOUSE TREATMENT. I was told they could order the special insulation that helps with attic critters and we would have to wait 2 weeks for that. Was told that the mouse treatment would also be done at that time. Tenants live with critter noises above their heads until Dec 14 when they stop on their own. The insulation was not expected until Dec 16th per Matt. I delayed the down payment on the insulation (misunderstood Matt's instructions)--called them Dec 16, and paid by phone, so the 2 week order clock restarted. Dec 31 critter noises restart. I call Matt and he says that the attic fix must not have been done adequately. They will not come out and treat for mice until they come with the insulation. January 7 they came and put in the insulation, did the mouse treatment, and supposedly fixed other openings in the attic. The critter noises stopped, and the tenants found a couple dead mice. We're a month later now, and all seems well. Just looked at the bill and I did not get the Angie's List discount, so I guess I will call them. I think they should have put in the mouse treatment with the first tech visit. They need to remember that they are helping people with wildlife problems.

We haven't had any mice in the house. They're very thorough. They were just in and out. I got my money's worth, I believe. They did a good job.

It works. I haven't had any problems since then.

They are awesome. Since they started coming out I haven't seen any more damage. They are always on time and call before they come. They are also very professional and automatically bill me per my request.

Very responsive -- responded to email request within 3 hours of submitting on Saturday AM. Appointment set for Monday AM -- person was prompt and thorough with inspection and recommendations.

It was good. The guy was thorough and it was fairly priced. It was effective. It did cost $50 more.

Went well. Found holes where mice were entering house. Placed traps near entry points. Main goal was to keep mice from entering house. We did not sign up for regular service which they offer. They also offered more comprehensive inspection for a higher fee, which we declined. Overall good service.

I have spent the last 15 falls trying to determine where the mice enter my house. I have plugged every hole I could find and yet they showed up every fall. I was convinced that they were coming in the mail. Andy showed up, did an inspection of the house and confirmed that there were no holes on the ground level. He was also sure that no one mailed them to me. He told me that he felt that my shake shingle roof had to be the entry point. He found at least 10 potential entry spots - spaces where the shingles did not touch the fascia and were large enough for mice to enter. He also found evidence of chewing around some of the openings. He left traps around the perimeter to catch them before they climb the brick walls to the roof. The following is where his experience is invaluable. I am having the shake roof replaced with a conventional asphalt roof, within the next two weeks. I would have never given a thought to make sure that the contractor installed flashing over the opening between the roof and fascia. Money well spent, considering in two weeks it would have been too late to make the repairs. Professional, pleasant, one day service. Thanks Andy.

They came the first time for an inspection and realized they couldn't access a part of the attic. While they were there, they set a few traps. They came back today and accessed the other part of the attic and gave me some options - no hard sell. They explained the priorities of what was really needed, and this was very helpful to me. We decided to move forward with a comprehensive plan to get rid of any remaining mice and prevent further mice intrusions into our home. They took their time during the inspection, which was good. The second time they came back, they took even more time and took the time to explain everything to me. They really seem to know their stuff and the rodent situation. They also helped us with a completely different problem. I really appreciated their one-on-one down to earth service.

He let us perform the hole fill-in so we didn't have to pay extra for that. He made multiple trips to our house to make sure he got rid of all the squirrels.

First of all, I think they are overpricing their services. This seems to be a common theme in many reviews. Now they may do a great job, but I will never know. They did a home inspection, found many areas that needed some attention. They charged me $229 for the home inspection, which I thought was high, collected a $500 deposit from me. The work came to over $1000 to put some screens on roof vents, seal an area on the roof, and seal around the foundation, for mice prevention. I thought the price was very high for the services to be performed, but I figured if they did a good job, it might be worth it. Two months later, the work had not been performed. I was just completely forgotten about. I called and got my $500 deposit back. I was away on an extended trip, so when I returned, I expected the work would have been done. They offered 10% less, but that is hardly enough, when their prices are inflated in the first place.
