They seem very professional and they were very responsive to my questions. They were in and out after I called them to do the project. They got the job done, but I wasn't there.

The first technician that came to our home did poor work and missed a number of spots. However, after leaving a review the company got in touch with us and worked to resolve all of our complaints. The second technician that came out was very professional and filled in areas missed by the first. We had a rough initial start with this company, but in the end they did fix the mice problem and provided a refund for the poor initial work.

They came to the house regularly to check the traps and remove any animals. They later did an excellent job sealing entry areas into the garage where the animals like to store nuts. We were squirrel free for awhile, but with fall come nuts and more squirrels, so we will have them out to trap again.

It was good. My husband dealt with them. He was happy. The price was good.

They honored the deal. I wouldn't recommend them. I sensed that they made an assessment and put mouse traps down and told us to put more things that will be too expensive. They went and put something under the deck and six month later I got a bill for checking on the mouse trap.

Wildlife Management Services was one of the only pest management services that was willing to come out and help me deal with the snakes in my basement. They called me promptly and came out the next day. They did a thorough inspection of my property and came up with a plan for eliminating the snakes. The inspection, setting of the traps and checking the traps was all included in the initial fee ($239). They then charge $59 per snake removed - which is a bit high in my mind (these are tiny little snakes). The fee to seal up the house is $150 which I think is reasonable. I was happy with their services and will use them again. They warranty for 1 yr, which I was also pleased with.

I really liked them. They came out when I had some problems and when I found out a new nest that was dealing with yellow jack. he came out without extra charge and that was a completely nest area. It was great and I had a very positive experience with them. I would give them an A rating.

From what I recall, they set a cage to trap a raccoon. They were good with the traps. They did a fine job and we were happy with their services.

Exterior dryer vent had come off and birds had built nests inside the vent. Birds ended up in the vent coming into the dryer in the laundry room. Wildlife Mgmt Services was able to send someone out the same day and Matt was very thorough and professional. In all there were 5 baby birds and one mother bird which had to be removed. Matt also cleaned the vent and put on a replacement vent cover on the exterior of the townhouse.

Andy was very professional and prompt. He described the problem and came out almost daily to help with our squirrel problem. When we purchased the big deal, that was just the beginning of the costs. The added cost for each squirrel removal made the total price quite a bit higher than we anticipated. We did sign up for the program and knew in advance how much each removal would be, just did not anticipate the higher number of removals. The cost ended up being $600 + But Andy too care of it quickly in conditions that were very snowy and unpleasant.

Everything went very well. I was able to get same-day appointment. Andy was polite and very professional. We identified the chipmunk problem and set live traps. He returned everyday to check and reset as needed. On the first appointment Andy performed an inspection of the exterior and interior for any potential issues. We determined we had some open areas that required sealing, needed a chimney cover, and a new dryer vent cover. Additionally, we had the house sprayed for ants. Overall I think Andy did a great job and would use in the future.

We found them to be very polite and professional.

They were great, but the voucher was never used. I have a rental property with a bat / bats. I called and spoke to a worker at Wildlife Management Services and she assured me that the voucher would cover bat removal and treatment. It turns out it doesn't. They were very good about agreeing to a refund and helping me with the refund process. The company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone, but I just need my money back so that I may pursue other pest control options. Thanks! Josh

Found area raccoons had gotten in house, set trap, removed them. Also set traps for mice. Had I been more knowledgeable, I would not have continued to try to trap mice, since in our area (woods) they are a continuous problem, and regular household baiting would probable have been adequate.

I am mainly disappointed in price and feel a bit taken advantage of. The set a trap directly attached to the entry point, but then also set two just sitting randomly on top of my roof somewhat near the area. I wasn't home when they did this and they didn't do that when we used them a few years ago so really was not expecting it. I did not want to pay for squirrels that were caught from the top of my roof (they charge $79 per squirrel). I called immediately in the morning and asked for the traps to be removed from the roof. They did so but not until late in the day when squirrels were already trapped. I have since asked for them to remove the charges for those two squirrels. They said they would have to call me back and did not and have since sent an email still asking for the full price ($900). Also, after they felt fairly sure all the squirrels were removed they set up their trap so that if there was another squirrel it could exit but could not return. I don't understand why they couldn't have just done this in the first place instead of charging me an arm and a leg to trap and remove them from the premises. We had a very positive experience a few years ago with this company. We paid closer to the $250-300 range back then. I am very unhappy about the cost more than doubling this time, the attempt to trap squirrels on my roof, and the lack of response from them about our incorrect charges.

I've caught a few mice in the past in our basement (nothing major) with glue traps , but the scratching I heard in the walls in our living room was different. I thought bats or squirrels got into our attic and got trapped in one of the interior walls. Andy from WMS came over, did an outside inspection and took a look in the attic. He definitely said it was mice and showed me the little tunnels in the attic insulation. He didn't see any signs of bats or squirrels. He also showed me four spots in the roofline/ overlap areas where it was possible the mice were getting in, but the hole in the foundation he found was the most probable spot. He patched up the 4 gaps on the roof and the gap on the foundation (between the house and the concrete patio) with copper mesh and caulking. He also put poison bait cubes in both attics (the upper attic was a precautionary measure). I also went ahead and opted for the bait stations on the outside of the house (5 total) which they will be checking quarterly ($159 per quarter). Yes, it was a little expensive, and I probably could have patched the holes myself (which means a few trips to the hardware store), but with a 12 month guarantee and having someone who does this sort of thing everyday, it was a no-brainer. Andy found spots where it was possible mice could have entered that I would have never found. I first contacted WMS on 9/30/13 and now (6/18/14) there are no signs of mice either outside or in my house. Even my shed which is about 50' away didn't have any mice in it over the winter. I can recommend Wildlife Management Services to anyone who has rodent problems. You could DIY cheaper, but I (actually my wife) feels better to have a pro do it.

Chris placed one way doors on the suspected areas that she thought the bat(s) were getting in; monitored weekely, and then after she dertermined that it appeared the bat(s) were gone, removed the one way doors. She will continue to monitor, and their service is guaranteed for 1 year.

ants were gone in a few days. Thank goodness, hated to see those things crawling around.

It was fantastic and really very reasonable. They come and check them every day. It took them a week to get everything out of my attic. I have very little room to have them in my house.

Not well. I called on 5/28/2014 to set up an appointment for a review of problems with bats and get an estimate for the work. The young lady to whom I spoke was very polite, explained what the visit would entail and told me the cost of the initial visit. I agreed with the initial price and she told me that someone would call me the next morning between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM to arrange a two hour window of time when the representative would meet with me. I told her that schedule would work fine for me. This morning, when I should have received the call, nothing happened . The call time worked for me because I had an appointment at 9:40 AM and would be able to work out details and still make the appointment. When I returned home, my wife told me that a person called at 9:20 and she told him I had already found another vendor. My feeling is that, if an organization cannot even make the first (and very basic) promise happen, I would worry that other promises would also be broken. The overall D rating is because the first person with whom I spoke was very informative, polite, and professional.

They were very professional. They did a complete assessment, and gave me some very good feedback. They also retreated a couple areas around my home. They helped me identify where the mice were coming in, and helped me take care of those areas. I would recommend Wildlife Management Services to anyone looking for anyone looking for any type of pest removal.

The service was not able to trap the offending squirrel, but it did get the squirrel out of the soffit. In the process of preventing the squirrel from returning, it did additional chewing damage to the wood trim on our house. This was a disappointing result of the work, but not a fault of WMS. The tech from WMS inspected our entire house and made additional recommendations to prevent further squirrel, mice and bat problems. We had some of the recommended work done, and were happy with that process. The tech we worked with, Matt, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. He always called if he was running late for a service call. I would work with him again. .

The professionalism of this experience started with the phone call: I was told exactly what the services would be (inspection and removal) and how much they would cost. They happily gave me the Angie's list discount over the phone. Then the technician who came to my house called me very soon thereafter and came that same morning. He was personable, honest, and thorough when he removed the animal and completed the inspection. The experience made me feel like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this company.

I spent a lot. The crews were all really good as far as courteous staff and so forth. They handled everything so I never had to deal with anything. They set the traps and they made sure they worked and plugged the hole afterwards. They were really good. They trapped everything and then released it, which I liked.
