They were great! Would highly recommend them.

Excellent. On time, had proper equipment. Fixed the hidden wasp nest right away. Reasobable price. Found and will fix a problem I had suspected that another company couldn't find.

It went fine. I think I only used them once. I did not pay additional money besides the $89 big deal. I guess they were knowledgeable and friendly.

It took a lot of effort but they eventually got rid of the bats.

He found multiple hazards with my 21 year old garage door opener. He stayed late to install a new one in the freezing cold. Great guy, my new garage door works great and I can see in my garage now with the lights!

It turned out well. I think she probably did find where they were coming. She thinks it was because the way a patio was put in and the way the sink lines went into the house. She was very thorough and pleasant. She seemed to know what she was talking about. I have like in the back, it will go up to like 3-stroty thing, and she got all the way up on the ladder up by the roof line to inspect that and then she had to do some caulking up there as it was another way for mice go get in, so she pretty much went the extra mile.

The service went fine. The service lasted for 3 months and it did help out our mice problem. The service helped keep the mice out until I could get my roof repaired. One technician came out for the service. He was helpful and did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no other hole the mice were getting in. I had no problem scheduling the service at all. They were a little backed up but they were out about 1-2 weeks after purchasing the deal.

The young man was very good. He did a couple of things that I didn’t know needed to be done. My drier vent had come off on the side of the house and I didn’t know that. He just put a new drier vent on and let me know. He did the removal. We had one spot in the back where the wasp came back right away and started to build again. So he came back a second time and retreated that area. He charged me to retreat it. They were very prompt. Their price was real expensive but worth it.

Inspection occurred on 9/17/14 at a cost of $239.00. Recommendations and repairs were listed on the report. I chose to live trap any mice still in the house myself and have Wildlife Management reseal utility lines and ground vents and spot seal foundation gaps, basement windows, door trim and corner gaps at a cost of $360.00 which they did on 10/24/14. Both technicians were friendly and professional. We haven't heard any mice scurrying around since the entry points were sealed.

It was kind of an emergency situation. We had a big bees nest. We didn't want to fool around with it. It was quite an operation. They did a real nice job. They were very good. They came out right when they said they were going to come out. He took care of it. It was kind of a tricky problem and he definitely figured it out. It was great. He is a nice guy.

I thought they were good. The first time they came, they said that if I saw some ants within a timeline, they would come back and spray for free, and I did, and they came back and did it. I thought they were expensive, but I don't normally spray for ants, so somebody else would think it is okay. I would recommend them. The quality was good.

Provider said they would return in 2 weeks to seal house but I had to eventually call them with a reminder. Liked the 1 year guarantee on service. Three months later I received a call informing me that replacement of outside traps costs $149 per quarter. Thought price was too high considering the amount of work involved doing this plus I already paid plenty for their service. Guess time will tell if my decision not to accept this quarterly service was wise.

All went as explained and outlined by the service representative. They were prompt and even offered same day service. On a quarterly basis, they offer scheduled service to come back to the house to re-inspect mouse box traps, replenishing poison as needed.

Andy was great. Made suggestions on how to prevent critter from entering home again. Reassured us that didn't see a big problem/didn't see other activity, advised on how to handle on our own, but offered to come back anytime.

Very thoughtful and professional. We haven't had a problem with mice since, and would definitely use them again!

We called Wildlife Management Services. Matthew said he could bring the traps but as the earliest day he could arrive was Friday, and they don't check traps on the weekend, the traps would have to left open. I told him to bring them on Monday, but to bring very large traps because we had seen raccoons as large between 30 and 40 pounds in our backyard--the same size that had been caught the year before. He brought the traps on Monday. He checked the area and wanted to upscale our order to fixing some places where bugs and spiders could be getting into the house. I said that we were not interested in that service and that we only wanted the raccoons trapped. The cage he brought was way too small--it was for baby raccoons. We told him it was too small and that we wanted a larger cage--the previous year two 30 to 40 pound raccoons were caught in one cage. The next day, one raccoon was caught. A few days later we inspected the traps and saw another raccoon. This time, the raccoon was too big for the cage. Its hind quarters were sticking out of the trap. Sure enough, a few hours later, when he came to check on the traps, the raccoon was gone. We left notes and messages asking for a bigger cage, but received no response. Total cost : $239 for a service call and $79 plus tax for one raccoon. We were not satisfied with the service, especially since the large raccoons were back a week after he took his traps away. We will be going back to our original trapper. We only called Wildlife Management Services because we had two business cards for trappers and we thought this was the service we had called the year before. Only later, did we discover that we had called a different service.

We have an ongoing contract with them and we are satisfied. I liked how he took the time to explain to me, the mice were actually getting up to our attic and he showed some some spots outside that are possible entry points and the go their way up the siding and attic and that's where they nest. He put all the poison in the attic and sealed all the entry points. He took a lot of time educating and telling me what to do.

I specifically requested a morning appointment because I already had to be home for a different appointment and was told that shouldn't be a problem. I was called the morning of, as expected, and told that my time window was 4-6pm. That couldn't have been a more inconvenient time for me, but decided to keep the appt because I wanted to get it done quickly. Fortunately, there was a cancellation and Wayne was able to come at noon. This worked much better for my schedule. The appointment lasted a little less than an hour. Wayne assessed the home for any rodent entry points and verified that there were signs of mice in my attic space (I had already heard them there, so I thought that was the case). He sealed up an entry point that he suspected was the likely culprit and made recommendations for additional work. All of this was expected. He also patched another spot on my home that I had pointed out to him as a suspected animal nest. All this I was happy with. I guess my only complaint is with the description of the service - where it says and quot;Finally, rodent baiting stations will be installed in safe and hidden areas of the home utilizing EPA compliant tamper resistant stations.and quot;, do not expect any baiting stations to be installed inside your home. I interpreted and quot;inand quot; to mean inside - apparently, and quot;inand quot; means around the outside. So, I now have confirmed a mouse problem in my home, I have stations set up outside my home to kill those other mice living in the neighborhood (which is nice), and I have a $200 recommendation for removal of the mice (plus recommendations for another $1300 in services which I likely won't do) - but, for all I know, the mice are still there. I guess I figured that something would be done (poisoning, trapping, etc) with the existing mice in my home for that price.

We recently moved into a home and from the initial move in, I could tell there was a problem with insects, I bought their coupon to try them out, they came out the end of July and did as it appeared thorough spraying of the inside and outside, they were there for about 10 minutes. I noticed that very little change occurred over the next few weeks, I call back to complain and they were very responsive to come back since they do guarantee their work up to a year. A gal came out this time around and was maybe at the place for 10 minutes to spray a few areas and one area I was working in and she did not have the courtesy to tell me that I should probably not be in there nor inhaling the spray, I ended up getting very sick. After how sick I got and how smug the gal was that came in for 10 minutes, I refused to use their service anymore. The only reason I didn't give them a straight up F, was b/c the first guy that came around was actually thorough and very nice and the company as a hold was responsive. Look elsewhere for this service.

Technician laid traps and spread mouse poison in places I did not even think of. In a very short time no more mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers; a few dead mice visible but most must have died quietly off where we could not find them. There was no smell but best of all no more mice.

Wildlife Management Services is fantastic. We live in an old house and inevitably there are spaces for mice (and other pests) to get in. We tried other exterminators to deal with the issue when we encountered some mouse activity about a decade ago, but those efforts were unsuccessful. Wildlife Management Services came out and sealed up the house and we put down a few traps and the problem was almost immediately gone. I have had them come back every year to check the house for points of entry and to reseal any that they find and we have not had any problems for more than a decade. We also had a bird get in to the vent by the stove and Wildlife Management Services installed a grill over that vent and that problem has also never happened again. They are smart, professional, courteous and just great at what they do. I could not recommend them more highly if you are dealing with pest issues in your home. This is the first time I have taken the time to fill out a consumer review like this and I did so because they are simply that good.
