this went very well. the problems have been addressed. they came out quickly after the initial call and resolved our issues promptly. Nice to work with, and very knowledgeable.

We ended up trapping the squirrel ourselves, but they did get up on the roof, found some holes and plugged them up. That was something we couldn't have found or done. They did set up some traps, but my wife was the one who went to Fleet Farm and bought a trap and put it in a place where she had seen the squirrel and trapped them. She was the one who actually got the offending animal, but they did plug up some places where they had presumably gotten in, into the attic. So, they did contribute. They're kind of expensive, but I don't know what the going rate for these services are. That is the only time we've ever used an exterminator.

Discovered flying squirrels, their entry point, and set a trap to capture them. Repeated follow up to insure all were captured.

I had previous companies arrive and do their nspection and baiting but the problems never left. This group did a extensive review and discovered areas of entry that i was shocked to learn of. So far, an immediate improvement and ive signed up for the outdoor packahe which hopefully keep tje mice away! A great experience with immediate results!.

A bat door was installed and haven't heard the bats since.

The employee checked my attic and did not see a squirrel. He told me he saw 4 dead mice, which he left up there. He then nailed squirrel traps to my brand new roof without asking me first. They never did find a squirrel. I still have mice. When I called to inquire if the $250 I had paid could apply to further pest control I was told that they did perform a service by pounding those traps into my roof. If I wanted to have mouse control, I would have to pay the $1150 before they would guarantee no mice. Manager, Kristina, was super patronizing and that of course they had ever right to pound those traps into my roof without my permission. She also completely agreed that an employee can tell me that he found 4 dead mice and it was perfectly acceptable that he left them there.

They were excellent. They guaranteed their work and followed their guarantee.We had a lot of squirrels and they came out 4 times until they finally got all the squirrels. We would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Initial visit went as expected. Technician said at end of visit that traps would be checked and rebaited at no charge in 3 months. Just had the traps checked and was charged nearly $200 for it. Will not recommend this company as the technician tells one thing and billing department does another. Misleading tactics.

The work went very well. We haven't had a problem in a year. Wildlife Management comes back seasonally to update the traps. We're thrilled with their service.

Andy has helped us in the past with the Great Chipmunk Invasion of 2015. This year it was Red Squirrels in the attic. They are loud destructive little beasts. And they just keep coming. Five were eventually caught in the live traps. Andy worked extra hard to find their secret passageway. He is full of information and good humor.

Very disappointed with the company - they charged me $400 for a service they never even completed. I called to have them remove a muskrat that had been digging holes in the yard. When I called initially, I asked if there was a guarantee of some sort and was told that, since kill traps are used, there would be "no way" that the animal would return to my yard. The whole reason I went with this company is because it seemed like the service was guaranteed. They removed the trap after only three weeks, without catching the muskrat. I have seen it in my yard on three different occasions since the trap was removed a month ago. This wouldn't be a big deal if they were willing to come out and finish the job I had hired them to do, but they refused and now they are charging my $400 for a service that wasn't even completed. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for services and I know I will never be doing business with them again.

Phenomenal job by this company. Very informative and experienced. Pinpointed areas of concern and made sure I knew where it was and what it looked like.

The company did a great job. They surveyed the outside looking for entry points and sealed a couple of spots where they might be getting in. Also set more traps and set up some bait stations. Work was guaranteed for 6 months I believe. Also encouraged me to call them back if the problem continued after 2 weeks.

Great. They responded and came out for the inspection promptly. After a thorough inspection, recommendations were made to seal possible entry points. The work I paid for was completed plus the additional options we decided to purchase. I feel they are very knowledgeable and professional and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very well! He stopped by the house multiple times to check on the traps. He went above and beyond to seal up the area where red squirrels were entering our house. He was very hard working and sincerely wanted to do a great job for the customer. I would definitely hire him again.
