Fortunately, critter vacated shortly before technician came out but he was courteous and scope the space for evidence of the animal to see if it had built nest.

They were prompt, compassionate about the animals and very through. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. If I ever need their services I will not hesitate to call them again!

After fighting mice inside our basement with packages of mouse poison and with traps - for awhile, we were removing a dead mouse every day - we finally called Wildlife Management. They sealed up all the holes in our siding and our roof and set out bait stations around the outside of our house. Since then, they come out to add fresh bait quarterly - and we NEVER have mice inside anymore. It's wonderful! About once a summer, we find a dead, dehydrated mouse in the rocks next to a bait station - but we leave it alone and soon it vanishes. Far better outside than inside! Wayne is our regular serviceman and he is pleasant, polite, professional and, more than that, what he does is Very Effective! We highly recommend this company!! The cost is $160/quarter - and well worth it!!

I hired wildlife Management Services in Sept 2018, purchasing a platinum package which seals up all entry points and removes animals for a year. Since their ‘sealing’ of my home, we’ve had 3 squirrels, 5 mice and a bat. The manager Christina refused to provide services for mice unless I paid more (even though trapping and removal is clearly covered in the plan). I have since had to hire another company to remove the mice and a subsequent bat. While the workers are nice - they are clearly not sealing the entry holes, and the company ultimately won’t stand by their word and contract. I’ve asked for the owner to call me and he hasn’t. Steer clear and have your home serviced by someone else!!

Acting on a recommendation from Angie's List, I hired Wildlife Management because we were having a problem with mice and I had used them at our former home. I now think they must have new owners given my very negative experience this time. Although the charge was high for a one story rambler, I agreed to the $299 for the inspection and filling of one gap, thinking I would get a reasonable price for putting the equivalent of steel wool in the rest of the gaps in the foundation, as I did at our former house. The inspector was at our house for about and hour and a half, filled one gap and identified two spaces in the new front porch that might be entry points. Another man came out three days later, put a ladder against the front porch, checked out the spaces and told me there were no varmints. This took approximately 15 minutes. I had paid $299 for the inspection and one gap, expecting pictures of the gaps and a more detailed description of the work that was going to be done for the additional $249 to be mailed or emailed to me. I received only a bill for $249. When I called three weeks later to see why nothing had happened, I was told that the $249 was a down payment and the total charge was another $548. All of our interactions had been verbal up to this point. Finding that charge unreasonable, I cancelled the order. Soon I received a phone call telling me that I still owed $199 for the man who came out and put his ladder against the porch for 15 minutes. I have received nothing concrete from this company except a charge for $500, $299 of which I have already paid, and PLENTY of mice. I have no pictures of the gaps they found and no detailed explanation of what they did or intended to do. Everything was on the inspector's phone and I was sent nothing but a request for more money. $850 seems like an outrageous charge for extermination services on a one level rambler. Don't hire Wildlife Management.

$400.00 worth of "work" sealing up entry points for mice into the house earned me two-weeks worth of mice-free living. What a waste of time and money. Please avoid this service if you possibly can.

They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I used an angie's list offer and because I had 2 nests, they removed both of them for that one offer price. I was worried it would be double and was glad they treated both and did a walk-around inspection of my property to see if there were any others to treat or be concerned about in the future.

This company and I had a misunderstanding regarding the price I was quoted versus the price they thought they had quoted for chipmunk removal ($70 vs 700). I canceled the service immediately, and when I contacted them with my complaint, they proposed a price adjustment (approx $70/chipmunk -they had removed 3). There is no pricing on the website. While I believe I had orally confirmed the price with 2 different people in the company (it did seem like a very reasonable price which is why I confirmed it twice), I never saw a written quote for the service prior to the bill. My recommendation is that if you are contracting with this company for their services, have the services quoted in writing so there are no misunderstandings.

Very effective, punctual, and friendly

Spring of 2017 we found large number of snakes around our house. We called wildlife management service and the technician came, and at the first time they charged ~$670 just for come and check. The technician checked the exterior of the house and set up some traps. I expressed the concern that I was suspecting that there may be snake in the house as well. The technician took a 10 minute look in the basement and disagreed me. I wasn't sure how such a conclusion can be drawn in 10 minutes. He left several easy traps outside the house. The traps got saturated quickly. I called and they said they will only come once a week picking up the traps. I saw some snake just successfully got away from the trap. After several weeks, they thought that all the snakes were removed. They sealed some of the cracks on the foundation. They did climb up checking the roof. For doing this, an additional $300 was charged. Not so long after, snakes re-appeared. When I called, they said it will be regarded as a brand new job and will start with the $670 charge to get the job initiated. I felt so frustrated about the price and the result. This spring those snakes come out again.

It went o.k. But they came back about a month or two and did some work that I didn't request and told me how would I like to pay them because they made a mistake on their end. I wasn't even home when they did the work since I am on the road as a driver. They took off my vent and put in their own vent, which I never called for. The new vent that they put in was done poorly not not nice like how I had my one vent.

traps were set on the roof, no squirrels were caught, but seem to scare them away. I haven't heard them or seen them since.

Before selecting Wildlife Management for this project, I had enquired about pricing and associated costs, and was reassured of them - this even after the initial consultation. After they'd set up the trap, I was then informed that the price of removing per squirrel would be double, which I felt was unethical - felt like a bait and switch. Please also be aware that the 10% discount is only applied to the initial assessment fee, and not for the entire job. This again was not disclosed at the time of scheduling. The bright side was that the technician, Josh was a professional - punctual, knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with.

When I called they explained clearly how the service went. There was a fee to come out and assess the situation. Then, if I agreed they would set traps and check them each day. You pay by the squirrel. Once the trap was empty for two days they take the traps away and wait for a couple of weeks and then repair the opening that are using to get in. You just pay three things (assessment, squirrels, and repair). they were very good to deal with and always let me know what they found each day. They didn't need access to the house itself, which was nice . The squirrels are gone.

The guys were very friendly and professional. They came back out to recheck their work and do some touch-ups when I wasn't sure if the problem had initially been solved. I have already recommended them and would absolutely use again.
