The nest was in ground and difficult to reach. Matt came back and retreated until all the wasps and all the nest had been removed. The company did not try to sell additional treatments or services. No scare tactics were used to entice me to sign a multi-treatment contract.

Well done and other modifications around the home have ended the problem. It was not inexpensive, but completely solved the problem. Thank you!

We had an issue with mice getting into the house, but unable to catch any. Wildlife Management inspected the outside of the house to determine any entry points, sealed them and set bait traps outside. They come out quarterly to check & refill the traps. Have not had even one problem since, and it has been several years. Would not own a home without their service.

Eli came and removed the animal and sprayed to take care of the smell. It was efficient and handled very professionally. I did have to make two phone calls to get someone to respond but once they did it was great.

Prompt service. They were able to come out to the house within a couple of days. Sealed gaps in roof and under bay window to prevent mice entry. Inspected whole house. Went smoothly and they were very responsive.

We thought we had squirrels in the chimney. Wildlife Management Services sent someone out as soon as they could with their schedule and ours (within two days of contact). We found out it was a mother raccoon and her cubs. They set cage traps on the roof, checked each morning, and within two days the mother was caught. The cubs were removed to another cage. Pricing was reasonable for all the work they did. Other options for keeping critters out of our house were offered but never pushed. The service technician practiced social distancing and wore appropriate PPE for their safety and ours. Great service and great people to work with. If we have any other issues we will definitely contact them again.

Wildlife Services was prompt. The raccoon didn't actually get removed - as the tech approached it ran off. A trap was set out for its return, but it never returned. Although, I was advised of the cost up front, I wasn't in a position to check around for a competitive price. In retrospect, I think they're cost was a bit high. They also added a chimney cap I needed (not raccoon related) which was at a fair price of an additional $160 over the $386 they charged for the raccoon visit.

Extreme high price just to evaluate our problem. Didn't hire. Wanted to evaluate and explore options. .

They contacted me almost immediately after I submitted a service request. (Another company never responded.) The serviceman was friendly, although a little confused about how the carpentry of new dormer was or was not allowing squirrels access. There was prompt communication with the office, although it would have been better had she emailed the initial terms of service up front instead of just getting consent from me just based on a phone call (there are no free estimates; when the serviceman comes out, you are billed for the service.) It seemed pretty pricey: $750 for a visit every weekday until the squirrels had all been trapped or left worked out to be a pretty good deal since they had to come for two weeks, but an additional $100 to remove a squirrel nest seems excessive. However, I don't have another vendor to compare with. I am pleased that they solved my squirrel problem.

We had hired another service but they were not able to identify the gaps in our siding/roofing. Wildlife management identified the gaps and provided a detailed report with pictures. We were able to use the document to have repairs completed on our home. We have not had any more issues.

We had a critter in our garage. they came out and within a half hour found a possum...yikes! Removed it humanely. Professional and efficient. Finished the job by downing an inspection around the house. Found we were ready for winter...didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Matt!!

Well. Red squirrels captured and removed. Took about four weeks. Technician (Scott) was tenacious and thorough and informative.

We worked with Mitch. He was terrific. It is wonderful to have our house rat and mouse free. Mitch/Wildlife Management was great about adapting their usual routine to suite my household's needs. I plan to have them out for an inspection every year.

Family of raccoons living in chimney and lots of field mice due to pond in back yard. No more raccoons and they have left 4 traps to help lower the mice population that get refilled every 3-4 months

We specifically had bats that needed exclusion, and engaged WMS to perform those specific services, along with other generally critter exclusion work. Their on-site team was courteous and professional, and the physical repair work they did was outstanding. The B grade (I'd give a B+ if it were an option) comes from communication: they weren't proactive in providing updates about the timing of their work, which left me feeling like I was chasing them a little bit and was frustrating after putting 50% down for services. So, WMS's communication was/is the only area of weak performance, and is something they should be able to improve w/ implementation of the proper supports. Other than that, we're very happy with their work and would absolutely hire them again.

Great. Caught the mole in the first week.Lots of traps set, but they definitely know what they are doing. Also checked the rest of my yard for other problems.

An inspection of the house (inside and out) Resulted in identifying possible entry points for bats. Solutions were discussed with a detailed estimate of associated costs. We could do the work ourselves or hire the company to do some or all. Everything happened very quickly and very professionally. Great company to work with.

Good, Wildlife showed up on time and did a complete review of my home. They corrected a couple of issues and were reasonably priced.

Until we hired Wildlife Management, we were constantly battling mice. Especially since we live in a wildlife area. And we're in an attached townhouse of 3 units, where the far end unit doesn't believe there's a mouse problem, although we and our immediate neighbors KNOW there is one. Wayne came out, sealed up all the holes in the 3 units. Even when we got a new roof - and I didn't think that was any big deal - but Wayne did and he re-checked that there were no new holes. Wayne now comes out every 3 months to re-bait the outside mouse poison bait stations that he placed around the outside of our house and our next door neighbors - and we split the bill. The far end unit doesn't have any and doesn't pay. That has taken care of it. We don't have any mice in our house and they don't seem to die within sight of our house. I can't believe it took me so long to hire the company. They do a great job!!!
