Description of Work: I have done business with Wildlife Management for the past nine years. I had a bat issue in my home and they did an exclusion which took care of the problem. A few years later, I had a mice issue, which was also taken care of. You name it, carpenter ants, woodpeckers, it seems my house has seen it all. They always are quick to respond and provide great service. I can't recommend them highly enough. Most recently, they were at my house for annual check up for bats and mice. They have a one-year guarantee with each annual checkup. It provides great peace of mind that those issues won't be a problem and if they are, they will guarantee their work.

Description of Work: I had been sharing my home w/a squirrel for 3 days. I could NOT get him out even though i tried live traps, glue boards and small explosives! I really JUST wanted him GONE. The businee owner responded immediately that evening and came out by noon the next day. He caught and humanely removed the rodent within 30 minutes. I was VERY PLEASED!

Description of Work: Two representatives came to my house. They showed me ways rodents can enter my home. They closed one of the many ways they could enter. They came inside and placed rodent poison in strategic places. Problem is now the rodents are trapped in my house. I have noticed more rodent signs than I have for years.

Description of Work: I had an infestation of Box Elder beetles, as i do every year.They were sprayed, and the next few days they died off, and they are not around at all now. Whew!

Description of Work: They removed a bird that had gotten stuck in our fireplace flue. Since it was last winter (lots of snow!) and we have a very steeply pitched roof, they couldn't get up on the roof to inspect the chimney to see how it had gotten in, but did an overall inspection of the house for possible entry points for mice, etc. They then promised to come back in spring, at no additional charge, to inspect the roof. I made a notation on my calendar to call them in April/May to make certain that it happened. However, before I even had to do so, I got a call from them to schedule another appointment to finish the job! They came back and were able to make some recommendations for better roof vent covers and also caulked some spots near the chimney. As we were getting a new roof that summer, I didn't have them do the work replacing the vents since it was part of the bid on the roofing job, but they gave me the information to ensure that the roofers used the right kind of vents when they replaced them.

Description of Work: Wildlife arrived, surveyed our home (inside as well as outside), and concluded that we had a dead animal in our wall. He suggested putting saucers of cider vinegar in the storage area where the odor was the most foul. He then said there was no charge because he hadn't exterminated anything. We followed his advice and the smell was soon gone. We will absolutely call Wildlife Management if we need an exterminator ever again.

Description of Work: Responded same day to report of suspicious mouse activity. At first, they could find no actual evidence of mice but hung in there and eventually discovered some. They applied poison on the spot and agreed to return at a later date to plug entrances. They said this would be in about three weeks, but they were there a week later.
