Rob did an excellent job and the price was great. I now use him to close it down in the fall and any maintenance that is required throughout the year. Very solid company.

I emailed them late at night and got a response back from Rob early the next morning. They were able to schedule me for the following day, and they even accommodated my neighbor as well at the last minute. The quote was the lowest of the two companies I contacted. The technician (Rob's brother) came to our home on schedule and was great about explaining how our system worked. As a first-time sprinkler system owner, I really appreciated the tutorial! I was very impressed with the promptness of the service and the professionalism of the tech.

It went great! They were professional, on time, and gave an accurate quote. I plan to continue using them for all on sprinkler needs! We have been looking for 5 years to find sprinkler people we can count on.

Great! I called Water Wizards after waiting 5 days for a another company that we have used before to return my call. I received a call and email within 24 hours from Water Wizards. I was very happy that he was able to come out right away to look at and repair our sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work that was done. I was very happy with the entire process and will be using Water Wizards again!

Water Wizard provided me a fairly competitive estimate to install a 6 zone irrigation system in my yard. I was initially very impressed with Rod, the owner. He clearly explained his estimate in detail with me. His normal warranty was competitive, however there was a special that I was able to take advantage of to get some money off and extend my warranty free of charge. I was seriously considering his proposal.However I was all set to go with someone else, less money, not quite as good of a warranty, but I liked this other person too. He was also highly rated on Angies List. Minutes before I was going to call this other individual Rod contacted me to clarify the special offer details and thus I was able to ask some more questions before making a final decision. Rod won my decision because of that call. I recieved 3 other proposals and not one person followed up with me.I paid $300 more to go with Water Wizard. Why? I was really imporessed with his professionalism and his ability to explain how the system he would install would be better for my property. He went into details about parts, the heads, valves, and control, like no one else did. He explained why he was on every job site.I did have one problem during the install. His puller operator drove over the corner of my new paver patio and loosened the corner paver. I didn't think this was a big deal and I knew they would fix it. But I reminded the operator to be care ful not to drive on the patio and pointed out the loose paver. He immediatly notified Rod. Rod essesed the issue and promptly informed me that they will take care of it before they left. It was, very pleased with the honesty of all his staff.I did ask Rod to come out to solve a dry spot in my back yard. I left a voice message indicating the issue, and he came out within a few days to resolve it. Got a phone call to inform me what was done. Much appreciated.Oh yes, they irrigation system works great. No issues with anything and it's good to know if something comes up Rod will be here to fix it.

The overall work went on very well. They installed the Sprinkler system without causing much damage to the lawn. They installed the sprinkler system where in it covered all the areas as I wanted it to work. They also did a good job by explaining the control packs to me. I would rate them high overall. Their price was okay as I expected. I would use them again in the future.

I called around to 4 different companies for initial estimates of cost to repair the backflow. Rob was very friendly over the phone and gave me an estimate that was in line with the other estimates (but at the lower end of the range). When I called back to schedule, even though I had not gotten the estimate in writing he accepted what he had told me before as the cost. We scheduled for a 1-hour time window of arrival on a day convenient for us. On the appointed day, he arrived within his scheduled window of time. He actually arrived at the house, went over to the side where the backflow was, noticed he needed more PVC pipe than he had brought, left to go get it, came back, and THEN came up and knocked to let us know he was there (still within the time window). He replaced the broken parts and confirmed that it looked like the cause was a leaky valve in the house rather than an improper blowout in the fall. Because the day was unexpectedly cold, some of the materials he used in the repairs needed a few hours to set before pressurizing the system, so he scheduled a 2-hour time window the next day for someone to come out and turn the system on and check for any other damage. He had quoted us a reduced rate for the turnon because he would already be on site, and he honored that reduced rate even though the turnon required a separate trip. The next day another staff person arrived within the scheduled window and pressurized the system and checked all the sprinkler heads and valves (nothing else appeared to be damaged). Both Rob and his staff person were professional and friendly, and willing to explain what they were doing. Water Wizards also had a discount for Angie's List customers which saved us about ten percent on the total bill.

We are repeat customers as we had selected Water Wizard to install the sprinkler system and handle annual maintenance at the first house we built (1998) Rob and his crew installed our sprinkler system in August of 2002 and we've been very happy with the results. I normally handle the system turn-on in the spring, but always have them out for winterization. Over the years they have been extremely responsive and professional in all of our interactions. Their maintenance work has been very good as we have asked for some minor system alterations due to changing landscape over the years. We have recommended Water Wizard to friends and would use them again if we were in need of a sprinkler system installation.

We will continue to have them to blow other lines and do any work that need to be done on our sprinkle system. They were easy to work with. They were nice people. The fact that we had them fix our sprinkle system and then had them come back to blow out the lines the second time means that we liked what they did. Their price was really good compared to others. The quality of their work was excellent. I would use them in the future too.

Water Wizard Irrigation did a great job. I?ve been happy with my sprinkler system. I have them come out every fall to blow out the system with compressed air so it doesn?t freeze. They also provide routine maintenance every spring as well.

They are absolutely wonderful! The owner, Rob Simon, is very professional and responsive.

Their arrival was a bit late but no problem. Each zone was checked and new solenoid controls were placed on each control zone valve. It addressed most of the challenge but error messages still were coming up on the control panel. Two zones were still affected and after several hours of work they needed to make an appointment to return to finish the job. They completed the job and it involved major repair and replacement work on two zones and the system is almost 30 years old. I was concerned at what it would cost but when the bill was received it reflected a very fair price and I was very pleased that I called them in the first place. I would recommend them to anyone.

We received a quote from Water Wizard and two other companies. Although his quote was not the lowest, we were more impressed by his professionalism and by his explanation of how the system would work. The installation went very smoothly.

I had a leak around my control boxes which swamped the side yard. The same thing happened to the other box 2 years ago. I called Rob and he was out promptly to assess the problem. He recommended upgrading the valves at the same time the repair was to be made because the valves are old and obsolete. Rob fixed the leak, upgraded my valves, and tested the system. I have used Rob for repair & maintenance of my system for over 16 years. He is honest and reliable - what more could you want?

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH WATER WIZARD AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. ROB PRESENTED A FAIR ESTIMATE AND INSTALLATION OCCURRED ON-TIME AS PROMISED. THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. OUR NEIGHBORS EVEN COMMENTED ON HOW DILIGENT AND ''DOWN TO BUSINESS'' THEY WERE -- NO MESSIN' AROUND! THEY INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AND THE LAWN HAD LITTLE WEAR AND TEAR AFTER A SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED JOB. ROB WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AND ENCOURAGED US TO CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. EVERYTHING IS RUNNING PERFECTLY. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE HEARING THE GENTLE SWISH OF THE SPRINKLERS GOING ON IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS WHEN A 90 DEGREE DAY IS FORECAST. A GREEN LAWN AND NO MORE DRAGGING SPRINKLERS AROUND. WE'RE SMILING.

ROBERT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A VERY HARD WORKER. WE HAD SOME DIFFICULT ISSUES TO OVERCOME WITH THE INSTALLATION. BECAUSE OF OUR FINISHED BASEMENT IT WAS TOUGHER TO GET THE JOB DONE, BUT ROBERT WAS READY AND WILLING TO DO IT. HE DID EXTREMELY NICE WORK AND HIS FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN EXCELLENT TOO. WE NEEDED A COUPLE OF THE SPRINKLER HEADS ADJUSTED AND HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO ADJUST THEM. HE MAY CHARGE A LITTLE MORE THAN SOME OF THE COMPETITION, HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT HE INSTALLS, HIS WORK ETHIC, QUALITY OF WORK, AND HIS CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP MAKES IT ALL WORTH IT!
