They were great, the service was great, the price was great, the whole experience went well!

Things went very well working with Rob and his crew. He was very busy so it took a bit to get on the schedule for the install. He was very detailed and professional. You can tell that he loveswhat he does because he does such a great job. We even had some other work done in the yard between the time he came out to do the initial system design and the actual install. On the day of the install he was able adjust the plans and make everything work out. His team was fast and cleaned up nicely after they were done. Most importantly the system works exactly as designed and the yard looks great. I would strongly recommend Water Wizard to anyone looking to put ina new system.

Rob is responsive and had high quality service. He was the only bidder (of 5) to identify that we had a major problem with our main water intake from the city which would have rendered any irrigation system useless if not identified. We had to get a new water meter and new plumbing installed. His thoroughness in providing the estimate saved a lot of stress on the back-end. When one our of Sprinkler heads malfunctioned this year he had someone out to replace it within a day.

David arrived right on time and quickly located the leaking problem. He explained what was needed and suggested how other adjustments could be made to achieve better coverage of the lawn. Very professional and experienced in his work. I have never had the system working better as far as coverage goes. I had used a different company for probably twelve years, but will use Water Wizard from here on out. They were so much better in responsiveness, workmanship and overall knowledge of how to get the most out of the sprinkler system than my previous company.

I had met with Rob (owner) for a preinstall meeting. He had made sketches of the layout which showed me he was well organized and he was open to hearing my suggestions. He was the most expensive of the quotes that I had received but he also had the best quality products and systems available. He is a very good guy. I wasn't able to be there for the install but my brother was and he spoke very highly of Rob and said everything went perfect. I would definitely recommend him.

Everything went well overall. There were a few issues with heads being set too low and a misunderstanding regarding resetting the spray pattern of another. I expressed my concern to the owner and not only did he get back to me in a reasonable time frame, he made sure the matter was corrected in a timely manner. After the work was done I'd found out that a neighbor had also hired them some years ago to install their irrigation system and they said there were happy with the job they did. The professionalism of this company is unheard of these days and it was a pleasure to work with him. This is something rare for me to say, but I will certainly hire them again and recommend them.

Tech did a very thorough inspection, replaced a missing nozzle (at no additional charge), and was kind enough to show me how to adjust the sprinkler heads.

Overall, we were happy with the service. The serviceman was professional and friendly. While he did not show during the 3 hour scheduled time frame, he did end up still coming that day. In the future, it would be nice to have a heads up call if running late. We appreciated the discount for paying immediately and the 25% off sprinkler head replacements. We plan to use the company for our fall shut down.

Got information from Home and Garden show in 2012 and Rob came out in March to do an estimate. Because it took so long for me to decide I did not get the system installed until July. Love it.

They arrived on time, performed the service perfectly, explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. Very friendly and professional! Will be switching to them from my previous irrigation system company for all my future needs.

I used them to open and close my sprinklers this year and they were great both times. I had a potentially very expensive problem from the previous owner not winterizing, and the gentleman that came worked very hard to make it work instead of giving up and charging me tons. Have some patience though when scheduling during peak closing season. They 'no-showed' once, but were very easy to deal with and reschedule. Plus it could have had something to do with my absolutely retarded address. Not a GPS in the world brings you within a mile! Anyway, great experience with Water Wizard. Will use again next year.

Everything went smoothly. We needed the work to be completed in a narrow window between drilling for the deck footings and the actual deck installation while everything was still accessible. The lawn irrigation business is hopping this time of year but they managed to squeeze us in on the schedule. They showed up with a crew of 4 guys and immediately got down to business. In about an hour they located and repaired four lines that had been cut when the footings were drilled (this is normal for this type of work), re-routed two lines and the associated heads, tested the system and adjusted all the backyard heads, and repaired 2-3 broken heads. They left me a bill which I felt was reasonable for the work and disappeared into the sunset. We were very satisfied with their professionalism, scheduled a fall blowout for October (which also went smoothly), and intend to have them back in the spring to perform a start up and raise some of my heads a tad.

This is an excellent company to work with. Each time they have come here they have done an excellent job in a timely manner. I always feel I can call if I think something is not quite right, altho that has never happened.

Rob and his staff do a great job. They are responsive to our needs as a customer. I cnnot say enough good things about them! Hands down they are the best!

Water Wizard is exactly the reason why we signed up for Angie's List in the first place - to find companies with great service. We contacted several different irrigation companies to receive proposals for an irrigation system. Rob was the first to respond and provided the most thorough and professional presentation of his services than all of the other companies we contacted. The system was installed in one day and Rob came back the following Saturday to walk us through how to operate it.

Came early and finished the same day. Was very pleased.

We chose the company that we left a message with on Saturday (their hours are Monday through Friday, but I wanted to leave a message for a call back). They called us back first thing Monday morning, and within a day of the phone call, came out to give us an estimate for a lawn irrigation installation. We will be spending $4200.00 with them.

We were impressed with the quality of work of Rob and his team and happy with our choice of irrigation company. Rob's initial sales presentation was professional and thorough. He did a good job following up and responding to questions pre- and post-installation. On the day of installation, the crew was professional and skilled. We are happy with the overall design of the system and quality of the products used. We had a particular plumbing detail that Rob identified. To us, that was just one indication of his attention to detail and that he cared about the overall quality of the system. After installation, the lawn looked good and there were no significant brown spots or dying grass from the digging.

They were very competent and I liked that they were a small organization. They were a bit expensive, but not overly expensive at all.

Lawn irrigation system installed. Had to update handles on shut off valves. Appreciated their time and effort, althought it can be difficult to pin them down for start-ups and shutdowns (have had them cancel at least once annually). Like the system very much. Would recommend use of main plumber only associated with company. Secondary personnel thought it was appropriate to use bathroom for defecation. Had to air out for several hours.
