Rob and his crew did a really stellar job installing our sprinkler system! I mowed the lawn about 3 hours after they finished installing the system and the first thing I noticed while doing it was that they were able to pack down all of the soil that had to be dug up. Not once did I hit the blade on my mower deck while mowing. Rob was friendly, professional and made sure that the entire system was working as expected before leaving. He was reasonably priced and includes blow out the first year. I highly recommend them!

Rob helped to trouble shoot our existing irrigation system that was not working properly. He isolated the problem and we now have water again. He is a business owner with integrity.

Prompt and courteous. Adjusted everything, recommended a new rain sensor and control box, quoted $350 with labor. Will probably have them install it. Update: they installed a new rain sensor and controller box for exactly as quoted. Came out the very next day after calling, installed quickly, and taught me how to use the new controller.

Water Wizard performed some repair work for me earlier in the summer, and did an excellent job, so I called them about shutting my system down for the winter. Rob responding promptly and got me on the schedule for service. The service was performed on time and as expected, which is exactly what I needed! A very easy company to work with.

Rob the owner came out and walked around the yard with me explaining in detail what was needed and what was not for our property, He then went about testing our water pressure and laid out a very detailed drawing or our property and zones for install. Afterwards he sat down and went over everything and answered any questions. He recommended not getting the work done this year sense we just got new sod put in 6 weeks ago and it could get damaged. After getting quotes from 4 other companies, although not the cheapest, we will be going with Rob and Water wizards because I believe he stands behind his work and has passion for doing the best job for us.

Rob came out and was super helpful and offered a bunch of advice. He was quick, had all the parts and pointed out a few DIY mistakes I made in the past and corrected them quickly. Rob (the owner) and his crew were great. He came to my house and gave me a very educational walk through of my lawn irrigation needs. He then gave me an excellent presentation on what products he uses and why. Only high quality parts and labor. His presentation and very competitive price sold me on the spot. The installation was done in less than a day, even though we had 8 zones installed. Rob was present and active with the installation the entire day. He set up all aspects of the install from permits, to the utilitly markings, the plumber, etc. it was a total turn key operation. The day of the install, Rob made some adjustments to the plan that he felt would make for a better system solution including adding a zone and a few different sprinkler heads. All of the adds cost more, but Rob did not increase my quoted price. Robs crew was very hard working and professional. Installing a sprinkler system requires making many cuts to the turf and is rather invasive. The damage to my lawn was minimal and three weeks later is almost totally healed-very impressive! They avoided all of the buried phone, cable, gas, etc lines without any incident. I had a friend that wanted a new sprinkler system and after seeing and hearing about my experience, has contacted Rob for a quote to do his system as well. I highly recommend Rob! A+!!

Water Wizards has been out twice to our home this year. Both times, it did take them a few days to get back to us after contacting them but it has been well worth the wait. The person who came out was polite and efficient.

Rob was very friendly to work with and provided an honest, up front price quote. He kept in touch and completed the work on the scheduled date. He and his team completed the work as promised and gave a few recommendations of additional work we may want to consider in the future. After the job was completed, I could barely tell where they had installed the new equipment as they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and repairing the lawn as necessary. I would highly recommend.

Rob and his team was very professional. Although we made some last minute changes to the initial plan, they were very helpful in adjusting to our requests and we are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had gotten several bids, this wasn't the cheapest bid, but seemed like the best value to me and I felt I could trust them. They showed up as planned and had a large crew on the job. I was very impressed at the care they took not to tear up my existing lawn. When they had to dig holes for junction boxes and so forth they had tarps they piled the dirt on rather than just making a mess on the grass. The machine they used to lay in the pipe disturbed very little dirt and it grew back very quickly. They took time to set all the sprinkler heads to cover the lawn, showed me how to adjust those as well. They took the time to setup my timer and get that all programed and I've just used it like they programed it since and it works great. My neighbor came over after they were done and commented that he couldn't believe how clean they kept my lawn. He had used a different company and they tore his lawn all up and it was a muddy mess. He was impressed. I am not easy to please and very picky about my lawn and these folks were excellent and I was very happy. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My lawn irrigation system needed service due to damage from a construction project at my home. The construction wrapped up in early June, and I needed someone to bring my irrigation system back on line quickly so I could water in the new sod and other landscaping around my addition. I quickly found that early summer is a peak time for lawn irrigation companies, and it was difficult to find anyone available on short notice. Another company referred me to Water Wizard. I called Water Wizard and left a message. Within 24 hours I received a return call, and was pleasantly surprised by a commitment to have a technician at my house the very next day to assess what needed to be done. Everyone else was saying "it will be two weeks before I can get to you"! The technician came as promised. He evaluated the work that needed to be done, and broke it into two jobs: work for that day to bring the system back on line (valve repair, etc) and work that could be scheduled in a second job at a later date (adding pipe and sprinkler heads to a zone). He immediately went to work on the first part of the work. He worked all afternoon, performing several repairs and adjusting the zones. The system now works great! He also promised to provide his manager a list of what was needed to repair the one remaining damaged zone, so the work can be placed on the "big job" schedule I was very pleased with Water Wizard Irrigation and would use them again to service my irrigation system.

Very pleased with the service. Very good communication in scheduling. Technician was thorough and answered all questions, offered advice and explained what he was doing. Some repairs were needed and he was efficient and did a good job. Fair price and great service.

I called to make an appointment at 11 and was able to get someone to come take care of my sprinkler system at 12:15 the same day. Really good response time. Showed up in a van with a compressor and was done in about 30 minutes. Very good price too.

Pricing was competitive (but I can't remember the exact price anymore). Also has done our fall and spring startups. Nice that they send a reminder card for scheduling! I referred them to neighbors who admired my yard, and they also used them for their full yard install.

They were professional. They did an informative presentation and gave an overview of the products they use and the benefits through it. They did a nice job, different areas were covered. After they were done with the installation, they took the time to go over the system and the controls and made sure you were able to program everything yourself before they finished. it was expensive but it was on par with the other estimates I got. I would recommend them. Because they are fairly popular, the scheduling was out quite a ways so I had to wait a while before they came in. But they were on time when they came.

We were so thankful that Dan was on call over the weekend - he was able to winterize our irrigation lines before the cold snap. He also took the time to teach us the correct way to tun on our lines in the spring. We won't procrastinate next year - thanks, Water Wizard!

The company responded within 24 hours and a service technician came out the following day. All the sprinkler heads I needed to be relocated were done so quickly. It was difficult to tell that the heads were relocated since the tech did such a good job.

He was very good and very professional. He was also by far the best. He charged me about $900.

Rob, and his crew a very professional they scheduled the install were here as promised and did the install in a single day. When they were done they cleaned up and you couldn't even tell the install was done, no loose sod all went well. They took great pains to ensure their job didn't conflict with existing item like our invisible fence. Enjoyed working with Rob.

Robert Simon did my irrigation system in 8 zones. They were excellent. Installed and completed in one day as quoted. He was very cooperative and came back to fix a couple of issues at no cost to me. He is a good guy and did a nice job. They put in approximately 900 ft of plastic pipe and left very little collateral damage to turf in my yard.
