Description of Work: I asked for a quote early in the spring and Rob came out as soon as the snow was mostly melted. I liked Rob's plan, quality materials, and knowledge so I went forward with the installation in April. A crew showed up early on the install day and got right to work, quickly putting in a seven zone system to cover my yard. They were careful to locate the heads for good coverage and the valve boxes in out of the way places (rather than middle of yard). At the last minute I had them add an 8th zone that I could later build drip irrigation into for new new perennials, shrubs and a garden. They finished in the afternoon and Rob carefully explained the controls. They also added a spigot near my garden which has been very convenient. I have called twice about non-urgent issues where I discovered I needed better coverage in a newly seeded area and again about a couple heads that needed to be raised a bit and someone was out the next day to resolve the requests with no hassle or charge. I could tell the people really like working for this company and Rob, which leads to good results and happy customers. Thanks for the great work.

Description of Work: Provider said they do not work on systems that are not professionally installed, for liability reasons. since my husband installed this one, he couldn't work on it. He said I can get a refund.

Description of Work: They came out and immediately determined the problem. Since it is an old system, they did not have the part on hand, so they came back, solved the problem and gave instructions on what to look for, and left a bill. Perfect.

Description of Work: Winterized the sprinkler system. This was the first time we have used Water Wizard, as the company we have used for 20 years appears to be no longer in the business. They were quick to respond to our request for service, and the crew (Dan) was able to navigate the quirks of our system and complete the job in about an hour. He was very nice to work with and we will definitely ask them back.

It was late in the season but he came out anyway and did a great job, educating me about my system as well. (We just moved in several months earlier so did not understand how our system worked!) I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Rob was referred to me by another irrigation company that was slammed at the time I called. Rob offered to swing by and have a look but was also very booked. So he helped me troubleshoot the issues I was having and then gave me his personal cell phone number to give him a call if I needed help when doing the work myself and he would walk me thru things. Didn't do any work, but certainly gained a customer for any future needs.
