Description of Work: Setting up the appointment was very challenging as Tim didn't have his schedule with him during the day (then lost it) and I'm not around in the evenings. It took several weeks just to set up an appointment. I had a ceiling fan with a pull chain that wasn't working and 2 light fixtures I wanted changed. Tim discovered a bad switch in the ceiling fan and replaced it with a $12 part. He then changed the 2 fixtures. I tested the ceiling fan after he left, but had fortunately not driven away because it still wasn't working. He came back in, found an additioanl problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: Called Tim and he does not work in the area I live in- Mahtomedi. He works only in Brooklyn center area and surrounding areas. Have notified Angies list and waiting on my refund.

Description of Work: This was an angies list deal for 2 hours of electrical labor. I had a few odd jobs I wanted done that I hadn't gotten to myself. He was on time, went to work quickly, finished all the jobs even before the 2 hour time and one was high up and over a stairwell so it was a challenge to get at. He not only did a great job but called back the next day to make sure every thing was working the way I wanted it.

Description of Work: This was an Angies List deal for two hours of electrical work. I had two small jobs - installing a wired smoke detector to an already existing outlet and raising a chandelier fixture. The provider called me promptly, set up a time, was punctual, and completed the job in the two hour time frame.

Description of Work: My house was built in 1927 and has had may repairs and changes made by numerous individuals. Tim was very professional in dealing with all the difficulties of the various obstacles encountered in replacing a ceiling fan installed in the mid-80's. He charged me only $25 for the extra half hour and materials. I would use his services again.
