Description of Work: Local reputation of this provider is SO bad that they have actually been accused of working with another company to perpetrate fraud. Please do not pass B rated companies on to me again. Closer examination of your ratings indicated severe problems with this vendor.

Then a few weeks later I get a call (after I canceled the Angie's coupon) and they wanted to know if I still wanted to schedule something. I told them no and explained about their lack of response and I don't care to do business with them. The man was curt and impolite, without any apology or explanation.

Description of Work: Did not arrive on time and did not call to inform use he was running late.We had to call him to remind him of the appaointment. When he arrived he said that the 2 hours we purchased needed to include his travel time. I would not contract work through him again.

Description of Work: Install 1 220 volt outlet for an electric dryer. |It was difficult to schedule. Sparky charged more than double the retail price of the parts he used to install the outlet.

Description of Work: Nice guy. Forgot about the appt. and had to call to remind him. But other than that things went well. Replaced two ceiling fixtures and trouble shot an unresponsive figure. Gave advice on rewiring a full room.

Description of Work: I have not heard back from this company after sending them an email detailing the service required, which was requested of me when talking on the phone with the owner or manager of this company. I called after not receiving a response, and left a message, yet I have not heard back from this company.

Description of Work: Sparky Electric replaced 2 light fixtures and identified a problem with wiring in part of our house. They were unable to fix the wiring, due to it being inaccessible, but they were able to tell us what was wrong and how we would need to fix it, which we appreciated (too expensive and not worth it to us!).

Description of Work: I have been waiting for 4 + weeks for Tim to Contact me to set up time for the work to be done. When I talked to him initially he agreed that he could do the job. Summer is nearly over and still no ceiling fans. So far I'm not impressed. I've called and left messages several times but he has not called back. I'm willing to reassess the review if the work ever gets done.

Description of Work: Replaced an outlet outside that was not working. Replaced several switches inside. The service was good. He came on a Saturday, which worked well for me. It was extremely cold outside, but he perservered and got the outside job done. I gave him a A on quality but considered giving him a B because he brought the replacement parts and installed beige colored switches in white switch plates. No big deal, but the switches he removed were white, and I would've preferred them to be replaced with white switches. I didn't notice until he was gone, and decided the quality still rated an A.

Description of Work: After calling sparky's to ask questions about their hourly rate to update electrical outlets, I decided to go with another company. Customer service can be improved-I felt like the person on the other line was short with me and didn't listen to what I needed.
